Looks like we’ll be treated to an inside look of a WWE owned warehouse on the upcoming CM Punk DVD, which is slated for release September 2012.
Yesterday Punk tweeted out the following (@CMPunk)…
Been filming DVD footage at the WWE warehouse all morning. Just wrapped up. I feel this is some good stuff.
WWE camera crews have begun following around the man himself for the documentary portion of the DVD, which Punk states will cover not only the ‘Road to WrestleMania’ but the Extreme Rules event in Chicago, too. He also revealed lately that he’s approved music from band Rancid to be included, in addition to footage of him beating Kofi Kingston in latest Street Fighter video game.
As we picked up on, he recently teased that wrestling promotions LWF, MAW, SDW, IWA, IWC and ROH would play a part in his new WWE DVD. It’s not yet known whether that means actual footage or just discussion of each in the biography, but Punk also tweeted this lately…
Watching some 55 minute ladder match @KassiusOhno (Chris Hero) did one time. DVD!!!!
Below, check out the pics CM Punk tweeted of the WWE warehouse, including a WCW Thunder sign, WrestleMania 5 banner, inventory of ladders, caskets, and a ringside chair from SummerSlam 1996. That’d certainly make for an interesting Blu-ray extra!

@Anonymous – I didn’t realize at all that they first were JBL’s
bullhorns but looked harder again which I was absolutely wrong.
You know that warehouse is probably has more guard and security than Fort Knox
Can we have a whole separate DVD set that’s a tour of that warehouse? That would be awesome.
l am loving that warehouse. 😉 Can’t wait to know the match card for the DVD.
Rancid rules!!! I’m happy it’s not going to be some lame ass WWE music. This dvd set sounds great. i really hope the match listing is great.
@Evan McFarlane
everything that you have ever seen on tv from wwe, wcw, ecw are in that warehouse. Everything. I seen it once years ago. It was awesome. I made a delivery there.
I wish they’d give us a guided tour of the WWE warehouse! God knows how much good stuff is in there.
@Simon
no offense or anything, but, I doubt Punk was walking around taking pics of WWE’s water pipes. I mean, I could be wrong. They’re props from something.
If this is the same warehouse that I know, its about 25 minutes away from me in Connecticut. Huge friggin warehouse too.
what pipes? You mean JBL’s bull horns from his limos?
No-offence to WWE but those pipes look grose.
@Anonymous: I’m a fucking troll, ignore me.
@Anonymous: I don’t listen to punk music.
@Simon How have you never heard of Rancid? They are one of the biggest and most influential Punk bands of the 90’s
Wow. Video games with Kofi Kingston, a band I’ve never heard of, and the Wrestlemania V banner. All essential ingredients for a CM Punk DVD.
That looks awesome. The blu-ray is already a must buy.
DVD of the year right there.
How do I get a job working there?
I’d love to spend the day in there looking around all the items…its great that they keep all this stuff & it would be great for a museum
I think it’s funny you added your watermark on CM Punk’s twitter pics. lol
