Falls Count Anywhere Update, WM28 DVD Exclusive, No Holds Barred

April 18, 2012 by Daniel Bee

WWE DVD schedules have updated, showing the tagline for Falls Count Anywhere Matches is planned to be, “The Greatest Street Fights and other Out of Control Matches“.

It’s released on June 26th to the United States, and is to be produced on both DVD and Blu-ray formats. You can pre-order either version now over here.

Some great WWE DVD special offers available in UK/Europe right now. For 24 hours you can get hold of Randy Orton: Evolution of a Predator on DVD for just £6.99 delivered, or the Blu-ray version for £8.99 [check it out].

The most recent Stone Cold Bottom Line DVD (4-Discs) has been priced dropped to £6.99 for a limited time here, and Money in the Bank 2011 to £5.99.

Several of our readers sent word that FYE will be offering a store exclusive for the WrestleMania DVD. Their version of the Wrestlemania 28 DVD on May 8th will come bundled with dog tags. FYE has had this same exclusive for the past two years.

A couple of updates from Silver Vision. They aim to update early next week on the situation of removed pre-order listings, which included WrestleMania 28. Also, when asked on Twitter about a UK release of No Holds Barred, they revealed that there are currently no plans for it.

Yesterday WWEDVDNews Forums went live. Discussion is already going on there which is great to see! You can register and join in at wrestlingdvdnews.com/forums.

I hope the SummerSlam 2002 match of HBK vs Triple H and at my local Wal-Mart I’m thinking of getting Mania 26 and another PPV for 10 bucks and they have Wrestling with Shawdows. Is that worthing getting? Not the biggest Bret fan but it shows the DX video and I’m a DX fan lol.

Does anybody know the match listing for Falls Count Anywhere and is there any special matches that the blu ray would have that the dvd wouldn’t

  7. Justin Labar says:

Chris Jericho recently did an interview on the red carpet at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards. During the interview he said his current WWE run will finish up prior to SummerSlam.

Jericho said the reason is because of his band Fozzy and their plans. The band is schedule to release new music by the end of August and they will be touring as well.

You can check out the interview by clicking here.

  13. captain planet says:

Anyone else getting a “reported attack site” warning by Google for this website?

    • Daniel Bee says:

Everybody is via Google. Not good. I don’t know what the heck has happened but this site is not an attack site. It’ll be something or somebody shady that we are link to in a particular part of the site. It may even be the new forum as that’s the only major change lately. Looking into it.

  14. BR says:

It’s called Falls Count Anywhere, yet last I checked, you can only pin in the ring for Street Fights. Contradiction! =P

  16. The Duke says:

No word on the WM28 Extras? And do you guys have another source for DVD match listings if Silver Vision doesn’t post it?

  17. Mark D says:

“Falls Count Anywhere Matches: The Greatest Street Fights and other Out of Control Matches”
They should just call it ‘The Wildest Brawls in WWE History’ a much better title, IMO.

  18. indyfan says:

Good news its any out of control type matches. If it stayed just falls count everywhere, it would of sucked.

  19. Vincenzzzzzo says:

I can dig the Greatest Street Fights and other out of control matches theme. I’ll definitely pick this set up when released….

  20. SRB says:

Very excited to hear that FYE will be doing exclusives. I still have my “I Bring It” dog tag from WM27.

“The Greatest Street Fights and other Out of Control Matches“. Ok, now I see why Foley is hosting this. (He is isn’t he?) I think we’re going to get a lot of repeats here, minus maybe a few raw gems from 1999 and 2000 era. Will have to see the content, obviously before making a decision.
