10 Years of WWE DVD News - WrestlingDVDNetwork.com

Time really flies, eh?

Once again we’ve reached that time of the year when the full content listing of the WrestleMania DVD and Blu-ray is unveiled! WrestleMania 36 was obviously a little different this year (understatement), so let’s find out what that means for the Home Video release and its extras.

We’ve also officially hit 10 years of WDN as this website was born in April 2010. That milestone owes a huge thank you to everybody reading this and deserves a giveaway befitting the occasion.

Make sure to enter our biggest giveaway yet, which comes right after the ‘Mania listing, for your chance to win a year’s supply of WWE DVDs and more!

The two-night extravaganza, WrestleMania 36, will be produced as a 3-disc DVD and a 2-disc Blu-ray collection. The Home Video release will arrive in the United States first next month (pre-order now with Amazon.com) and will follow to the UK in early June (pre-order now with Amazon.co.uk).

Look out for a Kofi Kingston Topps trading card included inside the packaging of the U.S. editions.

As we’ve mentioned, the cover artwork is still to be confirmed right now but until then we’ve got our hands on the full list of content that will be packed onto the three discs. WrestlingDVDNetwork.com can confirm that along with the full ‘Mania event will be 12 extras on DVD — or 16 including Blu-ray exclusives — which is around 2 hours and 15 minutes of bonus footage in total!

  5. Brent Smith says:

WrestleMania 36 was Crazy the best WrestleMania 36 match was rhea Ripley, and the Queen Charlotte Flair, AJ Styles and the Undertaker stole the show at WrestleMania 36. I think WWE should do a Best of WCW Saturday Night Box Set 1992-2001, I think WWE should release a Booker T DVD with all of his Matches from WCW/WWE. I think WWE should release the best of the New Day DVD all of their Best Matches. I think WWE should release the Best Matches from 2010 to 2019

  6. Hunter Helmsley 3:16 says:

I would love to see WWE make/produce. I wish/hope WWE dose a HHH unreleased DVD set, 3 disc set of rare never before seen Triple H match compilations. Matches from his IWF days and some rare WCW matches and of course WWE matches between 1992 to 2009. I mean a whole compilation of Dark matches, overseas matches in other countries, House-show matches, matches that were taped but never released also a few dark segments on house-shows and even a Wrestlemania 22 press conference segment in 2006 and footage of him signing autographs from Wrestlemaina 18 Axcess segment etc. Also I would have a brand new sit down interview between HHH and Renee Young; with a green screen background behind them and around them covered with HHH images highlighting his career. I would have 2 matches per year that would give you 34 rare matches on Hunters career. I would love that being a massive Triple H fan.

  7. Sean P Lee says:

This Wrestlemania surpassed expectations. Boneyard match was great. Lensar/McIntyre could have gone slightly longer but overall it had far more highs than lows… Charlotte Flair continues to be the workhorse in that women’s division.

  8. Joel says:

I curious about how the dvd of this special wrestleMania will be.

  9. Keith says:

I thought it was great very unique

  10. Gary says:

Loved: 2 night format, Becky/Shayna, triple threat ladder SD tag team match, Owens/Rollins, Charlotte/Ripley, Otis-Mandy/Ziggler-Sonya

Not so much: Strowman/Goldberg, boneyard match, firefly fun house match, Edge/Norton

Overall: WWE tried to present to us fans a 2-day spectacular event under the most trying of circumstances. For the most part, I believe that they succeeded.

  11. Adam Pettyjohn says:

This year was a bit different for Wrestlemania, but considering then circumstances, I thought they did a fantastic job. The Taker/ Styles match was great in my opinion and even without a crowd it felt like a big ticket event. Hard thing to accomplish considering this strange situation we are in as a nation. Kudos to WWE for providing us entertainment in this time when it’s needed most!

  12. Nelly says:

I think Wrestlemania was okay, but the lack of crowd took me out of it a lot. I’ll never get used to it. The Firefly funhouse match made me laugh hard tho. That shouldn’t even count as a match lol.

  13. F.E. says:

I had extremely LOW expectations for WrestleMania given the circumstances… but man, was I pleasantly surprised! It was a lot of fun! For two nights, I completely forgot about our problems and enjoyed a wrestling show. Charlotte/Rhea was a good match (but would have been great if it had a crowd for heat). Owens/Rollins was IMO the best wrestling match of the weekend! Those two fought at the same exact pace they would in a packed arena. Great match, maybe even their best encounter in WWE. The Boneyard Match… what a spectacle. I had particularly low expectations for Undertaker, who is one of my all-time favorites but waaaaay past his prime now. It’s a good thing their match happened this way because a regular match would never have cut it. HUGE pop when Taker came rolling in on his motorcycle to Metallica. THAT was a WrestleMania moment. And AJ was awesome, he’s such a funny guy. He was the perfect opponent for Undertaker this year. WWE made the best out of a bad situation.

I probably enjoyed Night 2 less than Night 1, but it was still entertaining. I forgot to mention the ladder match… a normal ladder is already pretty tough, but not having a crowd to pump adrenaline into you must have made this BRUTAL! They didn’t even have their tag partners to share the bumps… round of applause for those guys and their effort. Otis and Mandy had a great moment but it was missing 90,000 people screaming their heads off. Sigh. I’m glad Drew McIntyre won but I also wish he got the packed WrestleMania moment he deserved. Maybe next year. In all, great effort by WWE.

  14. CASTRO ASTURIZAGA GINO FERNANDO says:

Wrestlemania this year was painful to watch. Braun did not deserve to beat Goldberg the way he did, Edge had a dissapointing match. The only good stuuf was The Taker and Cena’ match.

  15. TKO says:

Loved the boneyard match. I do feel the last man standing match went a little long, but I did enjoy it

  16. J says:

Not interested in WM36. Too hokey for me.

  17. Gene Porochniak says:

Certainly a unique viewing experience this year. Wrestlemania 36 Day One was a lot better than Day Two. My favorite match though was the Firefly Funhouse match with Bray Wyatt/The Fiend and John Cena. Probably because I just like to see Cena lose.

  18. matthew briggs says:

I thought the boneyard match was good. That was it

  19. Rick Cobos says:

If anything, WM36 proved that the 2-night spectacle is exactly what’s needed, coming just months after NJPW presented it successfully from both an artistic and box-office standpoint. As far as highlights, I don’t care about the evolution towards cinematic style matches, but Ripley vs. Charlotte is likely to go down as the greatest empty arena match of all-time thanks to both women talking shit, escalating the stakes, and telling a terrific story that didn’t require a live audience.

  20. Dorian Addison says:

I love Wrestlemania 36!!! I was concern about it not being good with no fans but it exceeded my expectations!!! Boneyard and Firefly Fun house matches were my favorite!!!

  21. Kevin says:

This show was significantly better than I anticipated with no audience. The Boneyard Match and Firefly Fun House were the highlights, but for the more traditional matches, Owens vs. Rollins was my favorite. Happy to see both nights are in one set, rather than two releases as well.

  22. Jay Potter says:

    I never watched WM36

  23. Tadge Wesolowski says:

It wasnt the best Wrestlemania or ppv,but they made the best of what they had,i think the Undertaker/Styles match was great, maybe WWE should do things like this at other Wrestlemanias and other ppvs,i couldnt make head nor tail of the Cena/Fiend match,1st night best i think, but they got it on,well done WWE.

  24. Homer Wilburn says:

I didn’t get to watch wrestlemania but it could have been better match wise I mean it could have been a stacked card like other wrestlemanias of the past and if the crowd was there too all and all it was a great show

  25. Brett Barton says:

Wrestlemania was awesome this even without the fans. Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley was my favorite match.

  26. Tim Hawk says:

I think this year’s Wrestlemania was salvaged and they made the best of a bad situation. My favorite moment was the boneyard match. I don’t want lots of theatrical matches, but it worked here. Night 1 was the stronger night in my opinion. It will be seen as a very unique Wrestlemania for years to come and we will all remember what we were going thru in the world when we look back at it.

  27. Benjamin J says:

Drew won the WWE Championship finally. I think I liked WrestleMania overall.

  28. Mark O Sullivan says:

Definitely really enjoyed Wrestlemania overall. Pretty much preferred the second night over the first. The first night there were some questionable booking decisions. Thought it was strange the Kubuki Warriors lose the women’s tag-team titles the first night. Others though strange were Kevin Owens defeating Seth Rollins. Elias beating King Corbin and Braun Strowman beating Goldberg. Some nice matches though like Cesaro vs Gulak, triple-threat for the Smackdown tag-team titles and Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler had a terrific bout. Second night was better booked. An exceptional match took place as in a last standing match between Randy Orton and Edge. The Firefly funhouse match was very enjoyable between John Cena and Bray Wyatt. Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley had a fantastic match for the NXT women’s title. The fatal-five bout for the Smackdown women’s title was a really good match. But all the matches the second night were well done. Overall the worst bouts from the 2 nights were the big ones for the World and Universal titles involving Braun Strowman vs Goldberg and Brock Lesnar vs Drew McIntyre respectively. Overall though the 2 night format worked really well. Each night was about 3 and a half hours long. And WWE did a great job with the handicap of empty arenas.

  29. j_brown8069k says:

Really liked the Boneyard Match & the Firefly Funhouse Match! Thought it was cool that they developed this concept from stuff like Stone Cold Steve Austin beating up Booker T all throughout a supermarket to New Day Vs the Wyatt Family on Raw to Matt Hardy Vs Bray Wyatt and now to this.
I feel that WWE should have placed monitors all throughout the arena or big screen of fans watching from all over the world. I think WWE missed the boat on that but I believe they did that so that spoilers wouldn’t be all over the place.
Favorite match: Rhea Ripley Vs Charlotte Flair for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Favorite moments: Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman finally winning the championships.
Most disappointing moments: Daniel Bryan losing to Sami Zayn. Honorable mention: I felt that AJ Styles should have won Boneyard Match. John Cena gave Bray Wyatt his moment. Undertaker should have done the same for AJ Styles.
Most fun match: Otis Vs Dolph Ziggler.

  30. Harpreet says:

My favourite match was Charlotte vs Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Championship. As is always the case with Charlotte, she delivered an excellent match and the result holds endless possibilities for the future.

  31. Triman A says:

My favourite match was the firefly funhouse match. It was a completely different front eh archetypal WWE match.

  32. Triman Ahluwalia says:

My favourite match from Wrestlemania 36 was the boneyard match and I was also enjoyed seeing Drew McIntyre win the title.

  33. Tommy D says:

I honestly loved Edge and Orton. I know there was a lot of criticism about how long it went, but the emotion that went into it was just amazing.

  34. The Firefly fun house match was amazing. The amount of Easter eggs in it is great. The way Owens and Rollins gave an amazing match, was what I expected from Zayn and Bryan.

  35. Steffan Pila says:

I would like to win A Full Year Worth of WWE DVDS.Thank you.

  36. Nick Zimmermann says:

I enjoyed watching and hearing updates about Wrestlemania 36 as it progressed. Given everything going on in the world, the fact that WWE still continued Wrestlemania and allowed viewers to see what it was like was a great gesture of solidarity during the Coronavirus. Seeing an empty arena and hearing only the superstars was chilling but it gave me a new appreciation for the many devoted fans who really do add something to every single live event. My favorite wrestler since I was a child in the late 90s/early 2000s has always been the Undertaker, and to see him continue to wrestle and inspire many fans and other superstars with his presence has made me admire him for his professionalism and performance for the more than 30 years that he has performed for the world.

  37. alex says:

Wrestlemania was alright. It was missing the crowd. For me, it just wasn’t the same.

  38. Mike Storrey says:

I love wrestling and with everything. With everything happening right now it was nice watching something different and break up the bad news. There is a point where maybe an event like this can’t happen…but it did and it seemed like everyone made the most of it.

It felt like people were really trying hard and that feeling was nice to get from the show – people always try but not it was front/centre. It was a fun show to watch and engaging for me. I think it will spark WWE to be more creative and expand on the potential in production or wrestling. People were “stiffer” and louder…I miss the crowd but they did a good job masking it when they could. I thought more effort was put into stories in the matches (even if minor).

The stage doesn’t have to be huge…small area can enclose a huge reaction if an audience was there. Overall thumbs up!

Favorite Match: Seth Rollins vs Kevin Owens….the story and action were both A+. Those guys got to show why they are some of the best. The “bell” DQ dragged you in to say what a horrible ending than they cashed in with the no DQ segment. Great spots.

Favorite Moment – Asuka…her engagement in the first match was a nice start to keeping the feel of the PPV alive. It took my mind away about there being no audience and made me remember that wrestling is great.

Happy 10 years and more to come! Love your site for info and news

  39. Wrestling Fantom says:

Not a bad Mania. Not the same with out the fans though. WWE did what they could. Happy 10 Years to this site.

  40. graeme varey says:

well done wwe for bringing wrestlemania 36 good event a bit strange no crowd

  41. Trevor Roberts says:

Not the same atmosphere without an audience. Boneyard was the best match.

  42. Graham Forsyth says:

I liked the event over 2 days, much easier to digest however the lack of fans makes it hard to watch. The card was excellent and wish Drew had the fans to celebrate with him!

  43. Vittorio says:

    Good Wrestlemania!

  44. Thomas Middaugh says:

Favorite match was the Boneyard match between Undertaker and AJ, favorite moment was Bliss and Cross winning the women’s tag titles

  45. Sava says:

Mania 36 was a good show considering the circumstances. Day one better than day two. Best match was the boneyard match as that will be remembered for years to come

  46. Sean Watts says:

My fave wrestlemania 36 match was the clay more kick that won drew McIntyre the wwe title.

  47. Paul Ratcliffe says:

My favourite in ring match was Charlotte Flair v Rhea Ripley but I also really enjoyed the Boneyard match. I’d love too see another one next year possibly with Sting.

  48. Stephen Day says:

All about the vineyard match. We had a steaming party on zoom watching it and everyone was losing their minds. Highlight of the weekend for me

  49. Jon says:

Favorite match at Wrestlemania this year was the boneyard match because it was different and felt like a cinematic experience.

  50. StraightEdge says:

Charlotte vs. Rhea was the highlight for me, but whatever that Funhouse match was was definitely a lot of fun.

  51. Jake Ziegler says:

    Boneyard Match was dope.

  52. M says:

I thought the Undertaker AJ Styles match was the best segment produced by the WWE in many years.

  53. Tommy Smith says:

Honestly, it was a lot better than I thought it would be. Definitely something I’d want to own on bluray for how different it is. Got to say the best moment was seeing Taker come out as the American Badass, one of my favorite wrestlers as a kid!

  54. Brian says:

I went into this WrestleMania with low expectations given all the circumstances, to my surprise the show ended up being much better than I thought it would.

  55. Patrick McNamara says:

Guys, and gals heads up, hopefully this will be confirmed or denied but I think that the May 5th release of WRESTLEMANIA 36 is a Walmart exclusive. I think honestly given the covid 19 issues I think it was originally scheduled for May 5th but got pushed to May 12th instead

  56. Ryan says:

My favorite moment was seeing McIntyre win the WWE Championship. I enjoy the stories of hard work and redeeming yourself and McIntyre is that

  57. Robert Emons says:

On front of the elimination chamber DVD I received today it says WrestleMania 36 Blu Ray and DVD available may 5th 2020 just thought you guys would like to know

  58. Javier says:

My favorite match was Seth Rollins vs Kevin Owens. That dive from Owens was insane!

  59. Alex murray says:

I thought wrestlemania 36 was different. It would have been so much better if it had a crowd but I did enjoy the show.My favorite match was the Undertaker vs AJ styles in a boneyard match. It was very entertaining with undertaker teleporting and both wrestlers talking trash to each other throughout.

  60. Colin Cahalane says:

With the circumstances, the wrestlers put on one hell of a show. The funhouse and the boneyard match were cinematic greats and another dimension of the mania experience. Credit to Bray Wyatt.. genius on his part. Got the univeral title taken off him too soon but showed them why he is one the best there atm. Cant wait to see more from The Fiend character

  61. Jocelyne says:

that Was so awesome to guess all the matches right for Wrestlemania 36 and I will watch it.
Also my favourite match is where Braun Strowman speared Goldberg and won the championship natch

  62. Jocelyne Yanofsky says:

My favourite one is Braun Strowman vs Goldberg. They had a lot of spears in that match.

  63. LP1 says:

Congrats on 10 years. My first memory of this site, as far as I can remember, would have been around the summer of 2011 when somebody online claimed to have purchased the Capitol Punishment PPV on blu-ray. The guy even made a video showing a custom case and everything, trying to fool people into thinking he had one. Of course it turned out to be bs as that PPV never had a BD release.

As for Mania, Taker vs. AJ 100% was the best thing they’ve done in a long time. Loved it. I really liked Edge vs. Orton too. Yeah it went a little long, but still told a great story. Owens vs. Rollins, the ladder match, Fhea vs. Charlotte were also all very good. And even though it only went about 4 minutes, Gulak vs. Cesaro was fun, with Cesaro pulling out the UFO, which I don’t think he’s done since before he was in WWE.

  64. ursula says:

Wrestlemania 36 was so different without the wwe universe as it lacked the energy from the audience. WWE was clever in making it 2 nights as it would have dragged on. I missed the John Cena sucks verse when he came out and no hall of fame also sucked. What sucked most of all is that bloody covid-19!!!

  65. David N says:

I was soooo looking forward to seeing Undertaker at Wrestlemania this year. His match did not disappoint. My favorite match! I wish they do more “on location” matches in the future.

  66. James Field says:

Congrats on Ten years! I feel old now, been collecting DVDs for over 10 years! And been a subscriber to the network since it first landed in the uk 5 years ago!
Mania this year was weird but special, the lack of crowd made it feel awkward at times but everyone (nearly) delivered, personally loved everything about there Fun house and boneyard matches!, the last man standing match too had me on edge (no pun intended) for what would happen next, 2 talents finally getting their due in Braun and drew was great, the ladder match was solid, the nxt woman’s title match was great even if I disagree with the winner, but considering the situation and hand they were dealt wwe out on a great show, I can’t wait for the first show back with a crowd

  67. I didn’t love WrestleMania this year, will go down in the books like 11 to me there were a few good matches like Edge/Orton, Taker/AJ, Bryan/Sami, and ladder match. my friends and I made it work this year by doing a virtual hangout but I definitely missed all the food everyone brings!

  68. Derick Covetskie says:

WrestleMania 36 was great. I loved the Last Man Standing Match and the Boneyard Match. The Firefly Fun House Match was entertaining but I wouldn’t call it a match. The only matches I didn’t care for were the Women’s Matches.

Anyway congratulations on the 10 year anniversary. Hope there is another 10 years to come and more

  69. Nika says:

Wrestlemanina 36 was very different a good way. I enjoyed the boneyard match and the the undertaker going back to one of his old personas.

  70. Shez says:

    Thanks for the contest!

  71. Joby Gifford says:

Two nights of WresteMania, what more is there to wish for in such uncertain times? Though the weekend changed considerably from its action packed normality. This years event lived up to the lack of hype it had surrounding it. Great shows from top to bottom, but I have to say that my favourite moment from night one had to be the “phenomenal” Boneyard Match. Night two was topped by witnessing Drew McIntyre finally become “The Chosen One.”

  72. Dale Bruce says:

I want The Undertaker DVDs tbh

  73. Chris Feldman says:

I thought Wrestlemania 36 was ok not the greatest but wasnt the worst one

  74. Ethan Fisher says:

I really enjoyed Mania 36 a lot. Had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised & entertained throughout. Looking forward to the contest drawing & hope I entered correctly. Good luck to everyone!!!!

  75. Nicolas Hebert says:

I love the Wrestlemania X logo for your 10th anniversary. Happy Birthday WrestlingDVDNetwork.com!

  76. Nick Petrunia says:

Wrestlemania 36 was awesome and I loved every match except the Smackdown women champion because I would have love to seen a new champion such as Tamina or Sasha to be it. I went to WWE Raw in October and it was incredible but not enough women matches maybe two. My favorite match of Wrestlemania must have been Firefly funhouse one. Also the NXT Women’s one was awesome as well.

  77. Alfredo Arriaza says:

This wrestlemania was really speciAl the boneyard match was the best match for me.

  78. Mark Markson says:

Mania was a mixed bag. Of course, the empty arena was not good. It really sucked for a guy like McIntyre. Imagine if he had won the title in a full stadium? I’m certain it would have been a moment similar to Daniel Bryan winning at Wrestlemania 30. Too bad we didn’t get that. The Edge/Orton match was perhaps 10 to 15 minutes too long. It felt almost as long as the main event at Wrestlemania 12. I was a bit surprised at Strowman winning, after Goldberg speared him 4 times, I was certain Goldberg would retain. I think we will have Strowman vs Reigns at SummerSlam, and one of them will turn heel before that. I liked both kickoff show matches. I hope Gulak and Cesaro will wrestle again on Smackdown and on PPVs. I’m sure they can deliver some memorable matches, especially if they get some more time.
The best for me, were the boneyard and firefly fun house matches. They were fun and original, and the fun house match was a little weird. But I loved it.

  79. Andrew says:

This years Wrestlemania was certainly a different one. At the end of the day it won’t go down as one of the greatest, but I admire the effort.
I feel that the Edge vs Orton stood out the most to me. Not so much from a “great match” perspective, but more so just it being Edge’s first singles match back since 2011.

  80. The DVD Guy says:

Congrats on the website. I would say they should have postponed this event to do in front of a crowd. It was really a one match show and I will probably will not be buy this on blu ray this year. Not good, hoping they do something big for Summerslam

  81. Big Jon says:

Congratulations on 10 years!!! Wrestlemania, was not good, but I’ll always be a fan. Appreciate your contributions to the industry we all love. Thanks

  82. Paul says:

Being in Australia haven’t yet seen event, but from what I’ve read and seen highlights of Edge vs. Orton, finally seeing McIntyre and Strowman win respective titles, would have loved to seen Ripley retain and for Lacey Evans to win but can’t have everything, kudos for attempting something different with Undertaker’s and The Fiends matches although not my cup of tea.

    • Will says:

I thought that Wrestlemania 36 was pretty good given the circumstances. I enjoyed Kevin Owens’s jump off the sign. The Boneyard matchmade The Undertaker look strong and seeing him back on the motorbike was cool.
The Firefly house match was just bizarre though.

  83. DDT says:

great so this prize is something you need to have seen mania to enter….So that takes the piss out of the physical media fans the site is for…
oh well……try a new challenge open to people who have only seen up to royal rumble? I think this site has failed for some time to ask serious questions such as why do other obsessives such as anime or vintage film fans still collect physical media? why not having physical media is not a good idea for any true fan? also a failure to support the other companies that are still backing physical media? the website really could do better. i

    • Daniel Bee says:

I can tell you I’ve personally watched Mania as it happened (PPV or Network) for many years and still got the DVD, so that’s a strange take on it. We’ve supported physical media for a decade and will continue to.

Also, the commenting is to win the Network subscription. You could enter the DVD one instead.

  84. kevin says:

my favorite match is the boneyard match

  85. RabidHeat says:

Congratulations on a decade of WDN! I’ve certainly been browsing this site since 2010 and probably started commenting in about 2011/2012. I’m not sure how much home media we have left to come but let’s all “go down with the ship” if home media is dying, like Sting did for WCW!

They couldn’t really have done much better with ‘Mania given the circumstances. It’s of course debatable as to whether it should have gone on, but perhaps selfishly I’m glad it did. If it had to happen, then at least we got the entertaining Boneyard Match and the performance art that was Cena/Wyatt (Polarising? Sure, but I loved it. I felt it was like ‘A Christmas Carol’ but with Cena being shown his career.)

I also got quite emotional when Drew said “Thank You” to the camera and then said “You’re all with me here tonight”. Powerful stuff and almost made his moment more meaningful.

I do think Edge/Orton could have been shortened. 37 minutes is too long even with a crowd IMO for a match that is essentially a brawl, especially when it was taped and could easily have been edited down. I’m going to leave that at my only criticism though, and it’s only because I wanted Edge’s comeback to be perfect.

Many thanks in advance for the competition opportunity, Daniel and Co.! One DVD per month would really be appreciated during these difficult times. 🙂 Here’s to another 10 years (hopefully, if physical media survives!)

  86. Alex says:

    I think…it doesnt matter what i think! 😀

Wrestlemania was completely different But not Bad. The Boneyard Match was a hell of a fight. The Cena Match was a Great reminder of his WWE Way. Look at the McMahon Puppet…OMG…Great 😉
The Fiend is such an awesome Character!
Strowman/McIntyre Wins were great also the Big Show Defense was sweet. I have also Rollins Owens in my Head. I liked that match or matches. Good Story. My Highlight of This Show was the NXT Womans Title Match…Sit back and enjoy. Im Waiting for the Blu-ray. 😉

  87. Tadge Wesolowski says:

The event was saved b the Boneyard Match,i would say night 1 was better than night 2,so night 1 Ladder Match & Boneyard Match, night 2 Five Way Elimination Match,Cena v Fiend was ok,it seemed as if Cena was admitting that throughout his career that he did’nt put anyone over, and that he had to have the spotlight no matter who he annoyed to keep it.
Congratulations on 10 great years, here’s to the next 10.

  88. rkmo says:

HAPPY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY DUDES AND DUDETTES! My site for DVD news and info then, now, and forever!

I was wondering if the Big Show match would be included. It did happen at Wrestlemania, after all. This will be an interesting edition to my annual Mania binge, to be sure.

  89. Neil liversidge says:

I thought it was a great event

Great matches but I thought it was stupid how they did the john Cena v fiend match.

I thought they still would of mentioned this years hall of fame inductions

  90. Neil liversidge says:

I thought it was a great event

Great matches but I thought it was stupid how they did the john Cena v fiend match. Apart than that night one and night 2 was great. Even without a crowd

I thought they still would of mentioned this years hall of fame inductions

  91. Eric Rich says:

I was actually impressed. They did what they they could with what they had, but it showed a GLARING problem in the company. The talent level of the writers is absurdly unbalanced. Both main title matches were complete throwaways, but Taker/AJ and Cena/Wyatt were some of the best stuff in years. Most of the matches were much better than I expected.

  92. Josh Floberg says:

Since we are dealing with the virus,I think Wwe can get away with 2 nights of mania.. Night 2 was better. Boneyard match was my favorite match. The firehouse fun match was be memorable. It had a lot of ending I wasn’t expecting.. Everybody stay safe.

  93. Mark Marriott says:

I Loved WrestleMania 36, my favorite match was the Boneyard Match!

  94. Ruthless.Attitude.Eras.4Life says:

  95. Scott Atkin says:

Congratulations on the 10 year anniversary!
I thought mania 36 was great, especially considering all of the restrictions they had. I was most looking forward to Edge vs Orton, but I thought the Boneyard Match stole the show.

  96. Michael L Minor says:

Congrats on making it to 10 years it be awesome to win this amazing giveaway it’s on my 2020 Bucket list

  97. Dillon Curren says:

I love this website. Use this website all the time for my dvd needs, news and reviews. Amazing. And I loved the firefly fun house match. Fantastic I thought.

  98. Timothy Thorpe says:

I’ve been here for most of these ten years. It’s been one hell of a ride. I don’t know how much longer we’ll be able to ride, but I’ll have fun for as long as I can. Oh, the Boneyard match was my favorite part of WM.

  99. Andemoine Winrow says:

”Wrestlemania” was great. The boneyard match was great. The Charlotte/Rhea match was good. The Becky Lynch/Shana Baysler match rocked. And the Smackdown tag team ladder match rocked. All those ”W.W.E. com” exclusives they showed on ”YOU=TUBE, i would have put those on the d.v.d and blu-ray as additional bonuses.

  100. Andemoine Winrow says:

”Wrestlemania” was great. The boneyard match was the best. And Charlotte vs. Rhea was good. All those ”W.W.E.com exclusives” they had after ”Wrestlemania” that they showed on ”YOU-TUBE”, i would have put those on the d.v.d and blu-ray as bonuses with the others.

  101. Eric says:

Considering what WWE had to do to get WM on this year, I thought it was really good. You could tell that the wrestlers gave just as much as they would have in front of 70,000 fans and there were a few matches that would have brought the house down. Charlotte vs Ripley was an excellent match. Rollins vs KO, the ladder match, just to name a few. But, the match that stole the show wouldn’t have worked in a stadium. At least, not the way it went down in the graveyard. Obviously, I am talking about the Boneyard match. We had never seen a buried alive match in a cemetery before and damn it if they didn’t make it awesome.

  102. Joel says:

I was very curious about how WrestleMania was going to feel. I think a big part of the show is made by the fans. It was strange to hear all the talking happening in the ring. I like the idea of offering this to the fans, at the same time, I felt bad for the wrestlers that did not want to participate in the show because the virus.

  103. paul says:

Wrestlemania 36 will be one of a kind. It just shows you that without the wwe universe not being live, it is NOT the same atmosphere! I went to the super showdown in 2018 at the MCG Melbourne, and I would never forget the excitement of being there with 70,000 die hard wrestling nuts. The boneyard match stands out of trying to save wrestlemania 36.

  104. Paul says:

Love to enter all competitions, but can residents of Australia enter

  105. Andemoine Winrow says:

I”LL definately Pre-order this. I just don’t understand as far as the 2 pre-show matches why did they not record the first match on ”DISC 1” and record the second on ”DISC 2” ?

  106. Matt Snyder says:

Personally, I liked the Edge/Orton Last Man Standing Match. Been an Edge fan for years so his return has been awesome to see. As a whole, though, I thought Night 1 was better than Night 2.

  107. Scott says:

Finally a blu ray chock full of extras! Oh how I’ve missed these!

  108. Alan Donahue says:

The boneyard match was a favorite and they should do more matches like this. Congrats on ten years! Love the site!

  109. Ross Hill says:

I must say for me as a fan of Edge for a long time mever did i think he would return the pop at the rumble was awesome the build that went into the last man standing match and then the pay off for me the match was excellent from the rko outa nowhere to the finish emotion was unreal as was selling and rhea and chatlotte was incredible john morrison what a talent he is and yes its not the norm i for one am greatful to watch it to own it happy anniversary WDN love this page nice to read different fans perspective on how they enjoyed the event

  110. Darren Stitely says:

Absolutely love your site! Please keep up the great work!

  111. ppv collector says:

Would like to pre-order wrestlemania but its seem like amazon is not shipping international anymore.

  112. Nick says:

Firefly fun house and NXT women’s match were highlights of the nights, and the ladder match and Drew winning.

  113. Richard W says:

Have to say favorite match held was the last man standing match between Edge and Orton and liking the Otis-Mandy Rose getting back together storyline and seeing where that all goes.

  114. Richard W says:

Wanted to take this opportunity to wish you guys at WDN a very Happy 10th Anniversary and thanks for the great job you guys do on the DVD and BD release fronts and many more years to come and hoping to win a prize or two from your contests. All my best!

  115. Steve says:

Show was all right. I don’t think it would’ve been too much better with a crowd, outside of Drew’s match. That really needed crowd reaction to help salvage it.

Firefly Fun House was absolutely the highlight of both nights. MOTN and possibly MOTY contender for WWE even if it’s not really a traditional match.

  116. Bryan Lord says:

While I enjoyed the entire show I felt like Titus when I got done watching the Firefly fun house match

  117. Eric King says:

Wasn’t a big fan of Mania this year. No fans really hurt. But was very happy Bayley retained her title.

  118. KurtK26 says:

I liked seeing Bliss-Cross win the belts.

  119. James Crossley says:

While i struggled to fully enjoy the show due to the empty arena and feeling at times i was watching an episode of Raw due to the lack of pomp & circumstance

I popped for John Morrison dropping from the ladder with the tag titles & Owens dive from WrestleMania sign & couldnt take my eyes of Boneyard match

I’m glad Mania went ahead, it provided an escape for a few hours for some and for others even a fleeting moment

  120. Nick Loughins says:

I really enjoyed the bone yard match. It was so cool seeing a more dramatized match. I also really liked the firefly funhouse match if you can call it that. Didn’t know what was going on but it was amazing

  121. JoseGarza97 says:

Wrestlemania was one that i was not watching alone so me and a friend of mine watched it,vía ps4 and synced up and it made the show so much fun

  122. I loved the Boneyard Match and the Firefly Funhouse Match from WrestleMania 36!

  123. Jose says:

Wrestlemania was one that i was not watching alone so me and a friend of mine watched it,vía ps4 and synced up and it made the show so much fun

  124. Leonides Celino says:

I enjoyed Boneyard match the most! Wrestlemania made special with unique matches like that!

  125. Rated-RKO says:

Definitely Edge/Orton for my fave match, everyone said it was just too long which I get but they made the best of the no audience situation and it told a good story.

  126. BAS says:

Been nice if they included the Takeover matches that took place on April 1st/8th episodes of NXT. And Austin’s promo from 3:16 day.

But I will give WWE credit for making the best of a bad situation. Needless to say, WrestleMania this year lacked the pizzazz the event is known for and through no fault of their own, but they put on a decent event for what it was. I will say though, in some ways it did remind me of the earlier arena WrestleManias in the sense of sitting through a bunch of meaningless filler matches until we got to the main points of the show.

I get why people wanted this postponed as WrestleMania is nothing without the pizzazz, but I also get why they went through with it anyway. Had they postponed it, the likelihood of the world’s circumstances still going on through the new hypothetical date is very possible and it could’ve easily reached that point of not happening at all.

    • BAS says:

Charlotte Vs Rhea was the best match for me.

Undertaker Vs. AJ Styles was obviously not much of a match, but it was still entertaining as it bad the feel of a movie. When everything clears up, hopefully those two can have a real match.

  127. Darren Bongiovanni says:

This sounds awesome. My favorite Mania match was Ripley VS Flair.

  128. Daniel Bee says:
