  1. ZJ says:

I hate how they put awesome stuff like the Bret Hart Appreciation Night on only the BluRay…

  2. Anan says:

A Taker-roonie? Must have been a rib on The Deadman, I guess lol. Obviously I’m biased here, but wish there were more Taker moments. HBK Appreciation Night being one of them. I saw a fan recorded clip of this on youtube and Michaels laughed when Taker said something so I kinda wanted to see that. The Taker-roonie, as funny as it sounds is the only Taker clip here.

    • Dustin says:

They tried to get him to do it, but he rides off on the motorcycle unfortunately, still a fun segment though

  3. Nicholas J says:

Thankfully it doesn’t have the Shield getting DQ after hitting someone with a chair lol.

  4. Anonymous says:

The only stuff on this release that I have no interest in seeing is the footage from 2013, as well as the Moolah clip.

  5. Shane A. says:

I’ll be getting this at some point for sure

  6. KarlKayfabian says:

Very interesting release. Seems people either love it or hate. I am in the middle, and I will probably wait until Christmas for this. Do I want it? Sure. Do I need it as soon as possible? Nah.

  7. Mark vila says:

Can’t wait to see the fabulous moolahs’s birthday celebration! Been wanting to see this for so long

  8. newt says:

i was at the rock- cody rhodes segment. cody called the crowd rednecks and everyone went nuts lol. rock made fun of his mustache. it was pretty cooly

  9. TheSteve says:

Finally, a WWE DVD with 99% unreleased footage on it, and people STILL bitch.

  10. AJ says:

This is one of the few releases I may get now with the Network. People are complaining about a lack of matches, but most dark matches only last a few minutes. Dark matches and segments are to simply send the crowd home happy…thats it. If you watched the RAW Post Show, Show and Cena came out, but not for TV per-se or an angle, but for the crowd.

  11. d.p. says:

I was personally hoping for the unreleased Hell In A Cell match that even WWE’s website acknowledged a few months ago. I’m sure the segments will be very entertaining but with the limited unreleased matches on here, I’ll wait until the price is cheap.

  12. Marty says:

Fun set. Yes, there’s lotsa Austin, but that’s to be expected, he had by far the most fun post-RAW segments in history. Undertaker doing People’s Elbow and Spinaroonie will be a hoot. Was hoping they’d include a recent segment where Stephanie did a Spinaroonie (and outshone the guys in the ring) but alas. Most of the really fun stuff from over the years they did well covering.

Was hoping for more matches, but at the same time, I don’t think the post-RAW bonus match was a thing during the Attitude Era going into the Ruthless Agression era. It’s much more of a recent thing (recent being the past 10 years of so). At any rate, I’m looking forward to Cena-Punk 6 days before MITB and another Cena-Edge match in the heart of their rivalry should be fun! Also worth noting that the set begins in 1999; I believe that’s when every RAW got taped on its own AND live, so that’s a good starting point (the post-live stuff has the guys in a certain relieved “good this is over” fun mood).

  13. Anonymous says:

With lots of poor match selections in the releases this year, I really didn’t have much hope for this one. In fact, the one match I was most looking forward to, isn’t going to be released. The releases this year really seem to be missing the mark with the only other good one (but not great thanks to the match selections) being the WCW release.

That said, I like the approach they took here. There seems to be lots of Rock and Austin who were obviously the masters of post-Raw entertainment and the two greatest performer of their era (late 1990s/early 2000s). Couple that with Triple H & Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels & Randy Orton, and this one will be a first day buy for me.

  14. Kenny says:

Seriously?! Five matches on DVD; seven on Blu-Ray?! This set should only retail for $9.99. Am I wrong for expecting more main event matches? I like the idea of having some of the goofiness that they used to do, but that belongs on a single disc DVD with a $5.99 price tag. I’m not paying $20 for three discs worth of comedy with a 7-8 min. match thrown in here and there at the end.

    • neverAcquiesce says:

You do realize post-show matches are usually short and meaningless, yes? This set was *never* about the matches.

  15. John says:

Only 7 matches? Very disappointing! I will buy it when it is $12 or less

  16. Mike Poulin says:

I was hoping for more matches on this set.

  17. Anonymous says:

I was hoping the Bret vs. Taker vs. HBK from MGS in 97 would be on here, but I guess they didn’t tape that one.

Definitely picking this up though. For Undertaker possibly doing a Spinarooni alone.

  18. Jakki Steal says:

    YIKES!
    This looks awful.
Not a single segment/match that peeked my interest at all.
I knew this would be a bad DVD but I thought at least 2 or 3 cool things would have been on here.

    • Vincenzzzzzo says:

How do you know what is and isn’t good if you’ve never seen any of this before?

      • Jakki Steal says:

Because I can’t stand The Rock & Stone Cold.
I loved Stunning Steve Austin back in his WCW days but the WWE stuff was just so forced & phoney & the Rock just makes me want to cry every time I see his goofy finisher/grill.
This is strictly for fans of the boring as hell attitude era.
        That’s it, end of story.

  19. Kevin says:

There is so much Stone Cold wrapped into this one…I hope they release Vol. 2 and something in 1998 or earlier stuff too. I’m sure there are after shows for those earlier era.

  20. Charlie Brick says:

Great…another stone cold steve austin release. The guy makes up 90% of this release. Everybody else 3%(what happened to the other 7% you ask? Oh that belongs to the long, mandatory “don’t try this at home” ad at the beginning of the discs).

  21. mdax says:

For once, I thought its Best of Raw – After the show featuring stone cold

  22. neverAcquiesce says:

Very stoked for this. Always loved these segments, and I’m thrilled that three I’ve seen in person are included, as well as the night after Mania XXVIII Daniel Bryan lovefest.

  23. Steve says:

Great Release! Nice to see original content and not repeated crap like we usually get. I can understand the complaint of lack of matches but anyone who has ever seen an after Raw dark match knows that they are short and uneventful. Would have liked to have seen those two Hell in a Cell encounters however. The good of this release is that although it could end up on the network it is something that isn’t there now unlike the greatest PPV matches of WCW.

  24. Jeffrey says:

Undertake a rooni?? Cant wait to see that

  25. Justin F says:

So much for Owen Hart vs Kurt Angle…. I bet WWE themselves forgot it existed.

  26. Paul says:

Meh meh meh… I’ll probably get this eventually but like wrestlevessel said, pretty disappointing that it only goes back to 1999. Surprised that there are so many re-releases afterall on this set. Oh and they should have included HBK appreciation night…

    • David says:

What re-releases? please list them…i don’t think WWE put out majority of these in full.

      • Marty says:

Re-releases that I’m aware of on this set:

Stone Cold and Goldberg Confront Eric Bischoff
        Halifax, CN • May 5, 2003

        Ric Flair Celebration
        Greenville, SC • May 19, 2003

Stone Cold and Chris Jericho Verbal Exchange
        Tuscon, AZ • August 25, 2003
(I think, anyway. Austin and Jericho did a few of these, so it’s possible it’s different than one used before)

I think that’s it. For some reason, I think a couple other Austin ones were used, but not entirely sure.

        • AJ says:

It is not the same Austin-Jericho segment. Glad you found 2 “re-releases” and make a snarky comment.

  27. Wrestlevessel says:

Horrendous listings. Very few matches. Nothing from the early years. 99 is the oldest thing. Give me a break. Lots of disappointing listings for DVD releases this year so far. My first and only buy so far will be the factions one in May. This one had such promise and sucks. I don’t like the Warrior listings either but am a huge a Warrior fan so I might consider getting that one if the price goes down a lot in November/December.

  28. Scott says:

NO 5 man HIAC no buy for me. If they had included literally that ONE match, I would have likely bought the set the day it came out (Its the only HIAC I don’t have)

  29. John Peterson says:

    Interested in this.

  30. Adam says:

I was there for that “Stone Cold’s Music City” years ago. It’s worth the dvd just to get that segment, although part of it was on one of the Austin dvds. Pretty sure it did not include when Austin called RVD down to the ring so I hope that’s included this time.

  31. Justin Greeder says:

    Pass.

  32. SRB says:

Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan Share a Cold One
    St. Louis, MO • April 22, 2002

Really? That actually happened? WOW. Lots of great stuff here and of course most/all of us have never seen it. Great job WWE. My only concern is length here. This set seems like it could be very short because these are mostly segments. I’m very surprised that Austin’s CA Raw return is not here. I was there and it was truly after the show. Interesting.

    • neverAcquiesce says:

Yeah, I was there. I really hope the Austin/Rock one from ’03 is the full segment, not just the half that was on Rock’s set.

    • Marty says:

I’ve seen stills of Austin and Hogan smashing beers, but never any video. I’m glad this made it.

  33. D walker says:

    Day one purchase!
