What?! I have been looking for the Eric Bischoff versus Stone Cold Steve Austin match from No Way Out on this DVD/Blu ray but it doesn’t seem to be there at all. I can’t believe they missed that one. It’s kind of frustrating!
Interesting listing. One thing I am disappointed about is that the Bischoff vs. Austin Survivor Series match is not on the bonus features. It was a great match and I think it was one of the best moments of Bischoff’s WWE run. Nevertheless, it still looks a good set and I am looking forward to checking it out.
I am surprised they did not put his two matches against Ric Flair on here.
yea the nitro match or the starrcade 98 match, this bio wise might be good but other then that its passable
if they show this on then the network then i might watch it, dvd wise or bluray no ehh
I won’t be buying this set anyway, but it still baffles me that they wouldn’t put his PPV matches against Stone Cold and Shane McMahon on there. I mean I know he isn’t a wrestler, but I would have thought getting booked in matches against stars of that calibre on PPV (vs. Shane at Summerslam, no less!) would be considered high points of the guy’s on-screen career.
Wish they used more 1997 segments. That was when Bischoff was at his peak as a heel.
I’m not that interested in this set. A pass for me. So far the only DVD set I’m interested in buying for 2016 is the US Title One. Pass on everything else from January to June.
u.s one yeah dudleys might be alright
It is not a bad set but I think it could have been better, I will pass on the set
Theres a lot there they could have shown but didn’t. I’ll still get it but I’m disappointed.
WWE’s got some audacity. Seriously. Telling the story of Eric Bischoff and completely omitting Hulk Hogan is about the pettiest BS I have seen in a minute. Hogan was a HUGE part of the Bischoff story. To tell the story without him…Nope. I pass on this one. Shove it in your bum, Vince.
we really do not know, if Hulk is completely omitted.. sure, no extras indicate direct inclusion of Hollywood..
but, the WCW / nWo chapters in the main doc obviously will among other things, center around Eric getting Hulk to WCW and the rise of the Black and White..
will that include new comments from the Hulkster..? perhaps not..but this is still from the Bitsches pow angle.. I really do not see it hurt that much, but sure, would’nt be a filler either to have fresh new additions from Hogan.. but.. we’ll have to see later this year how it plays out.. 🙂
I hope you prove to be right.
I’m gonna pass on this one.
Match with Cena, Teddy and Austin is non grata, so thank the wrestling gods for wwe to “forget” them.
It is however strange, as already pointed out by RSC and Justin, that they did not include the 1990 tryout audition as a segment for it self, unless, thats somehow gonna be in full length shown in the main doc.. I myself do not know how long it is in runtime, could be they can get in the main doc..
I’m most interested and expect to hear bout the proces of the Bitsch working for his arch rival..and please, let’s have some mutual mudslinging between Heyman and Easy E..so funny and entertaining on a Total Divas level. -lol-
Too bad his 1990 WWE tryout audition wasn’t included in full, unless it’s an eastern egg.
Easter eggs have been few & far between recently. I agree that i am surprised that his WWE tryout wasn’t included in full by now on at least some WWE release. I figured the Legends Show would be a blu-ray exclusive since if you combine both of them it does run really close to 2 hours in length.
They don’t to them often, but they still do them. One way to tell if there is an Easter egg, without reading spoilers, is by moving the arrow. If it moves fast, then no Easter egg, but if it doesn’t move and you have to go through each thing, then there is an Easter egg there.
I don’t think he needs to be reminded on his failure to get a job with WWE. Stupid to even bring that up.
