I am on the fence on this one, I do not care much for Money in the Bank but I am curious to see the matches that is not from Wrestemania which I already have…

Extremely extremely terrible set. I wouldn’t buy this for 5 dollars. I’m serious. But I’m glad they are getting this out of the way now… so hopefully the 2014 DVD releases will be more creative…. who needs this monstrosity of a line up… if u have barely any we DVDs this is for u……. otherwise blah!!!! Can’t wait for the Goldberg set though. Now that’s a buy.
The only saving grace for this total waste of a release is the inclusion of Chris Benoit. The more Benoit appears on these releases, the better the chances of them finally easing up on the no Benoit rule on DVDs and Classics on Demand. Why? There’s never been any negative publicity from any of the releases. More than 7 years has passed. It’s time to finally ease up on Benoit footage.
I think for one of the upcoming match type compilations WWE seems to keep favoring, they should have an iron-man match anthology (Benoit matches included). If WWE wants to go all out on releasing match comps, this one should eventually be released down the line.
I’m disappointed that they didn’t include matches where the MITB winner defended his briefcase (i.e. EDGE vs. Matt Hardy RAW Homecoming ’05, ROB VAN DAM vs. Shelton Benjamin Backlash ’06, EDGE vs. Mr. Kennedy RAW ’07, DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. Chris Jericho RAW ’12, DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. John Cena TLC ’12). But it’s a good set regardless.
The good is having all the cash in’s and having everything that wasn’t released in HD to be that way. The bad is the fact that it is ultimately a waste of a release. They should continue to release the ECW & WCW style compilations. But it will sell and WWE knows it so it is smart on there part. I wonder if the contemplated including the WM X Ladder Match since it involved a ladder.
LMAO! Some fans saying its for casuals cuz they have it in their DVDs already, or that it wont have MITB matches beyond 2013. Its a COMPILATION to date, how is it for casual or not worth getting? Keep sourgraping…
I think I have 8 or 9 Money in the Bank matches on DVD and I might still buy this. I would be nice to own the other matches I don’t have and RVD-Cena is a nice extra.

Good set. However, I have a feeling we will see many more MITB matches in the coming years. So this set will not include every single match in MITB history. Just to this point in time
Not one I will be buying as I own all of the matches on ppv dvds and not buying the blu ray just for the cash ins,a good purchase for the casual fan but not for someone like me who already has 95% of the footage on other releases.
To me this completely eliminates any need to get MITB 2013 on blu ray now. The title matches were good but not THAT good – hopefully they can included on the best of 2013.
Now had the MITB 2013 blu ray included Danielson’s matches on the go-home Raw and SD, that’d give me a legit reason to have bought it.
As expected, but that’s not a bad thing. The cash-ins make the Blu-Ray pretty nice, but not sure I’d buy just for the cash-ins. I believe every one has been released, except for the Dolph Ziggler on Del Rio, and the Edge on Undertaker. If you don’t own the other MITBs, it’s a pretty nice collection.
Also the Judgment Day 2007 Blockbuster exclusive DVD has the Batista vs. Undertaker Cage match, with Henry attacking Taker following the match and Edge cashing in.

Both of Edge’s cash ins are on his first dvd set (Decade of Decadence) with highlight of him beating Mr. Kennedy for the briefcase as well 🙂
CM Punk cashing on Jeff Hardy is also on the “History of the World Heavyweight Championship” dvd.
John Cena vs. CM Punk (I think) is on the Raw 1000 dvd but not sure.
Cena vs. Punk is on the Raw 100 set, and in a perfect world Punk’s cash in on Edge should have appeared on Night of Champions 2008.

Funny thing is the MitB set will likely sell a lot better than the Goldberg DVD.

Agreed. I wish those were some of the extras instead of the cash ins. Would have been better extras in my opinion.
