Pre-order “The Road is Jericho” on DVD/Blu-ray now by clicking here to Amazon.com.
It will hit US stores on March 10th, UK/Europe on March 16th, and Australia on April 1st.
Speaking of Chris Jericho, check out the preview clip above of the non-televised Smackdown tag match in which Jericho competed after the show went off the air.
It took place on the last European tour and the match is included as an extra on the upcoming “WWE Live in the UK: November 2014” DVD. Pre-order for February at WWEDVD.co.uk.
Revealed via the Ultimate Warrior Twitter account last night was the first match for the Warrior’s new DVD: “Ultimate Warrior: Always Believe”.
The Ultimate Challenge
WWE Championship vs. Intercontinental Championship Match
Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior
WrestleMania VI • April 1, 1990
Arena Hard Camera Version
The match will be a Blu-ray Exclusive and will be the hard camera version. This is likely the same format as the WrestleMania III match from the 2013 “History of WWE” DVD/Blu-ray and will come solely from the arena’s hard camera; maybe without the commentary (this is possibly a sign that Jesse Ventura’s commentary will not be included on this latest Warrior DVD offering).
Ultimate Warrior: Always Believe will be released on April 14th to the United States and later in the month to fans in UK, Europe and Australia. Pre-order yours now via Amazon.com.

Ventura’s commentary was left intact on the Warrior: The Ultimate Collection. Just saying!
Great work on the Chris Jericho set. I look forward to picking up the blu ray.
I hope there is some sort of commentary for the Warrior/Hogan match because 30-35 minutes without it would seem like a chore to watch to me.
I agree.. I love the match, and consider it as Hogan’s best, and Warrior’s second best – after WM 7 -, but as it was already on Warrior’s previous release(s), it would only be awesome to have this epic battle again, with, say, comments recorded from Warrior himself or even him and Hogan.
Would be kinda hard at this point to get Warrior to do commentary, no? Not sure how that would be possible. Anyway, the point of these arena cam matches is to give you the feel as if you were in the building live watching the match. No commentary is the best way to go. All you hear is the crowd and you get one point of view from the audience. I dig that. It’s something different and a nice touch for this release. With Hogan vs Warrior having been released a million times already, this is a new way to present a classic match. I hope they do more arena cam matches of classic matches on future releases.
it is obvious not possible having Warrior doing LIVE commentary on a DVD or Bluray..for several obvious reasons..but, could it be, that they recorded a commentary track for the match, for a later release like this one coming up?
I was’nt that keen on the arena cam version of Andre/Hogan..the only thing new I got out of it, was the extra extra in-face experience that many idiots in the ordiens threw garbage on Andre and Bobby.. other than that, it did not help the match. Guess, similar low-quality experience would be presence on this match too..a surprise commentary recorded from Warrior or even Warrior and Hogan would improve it alot…
As a matter of fact, that is what needs to be done on DVD/Bluray, to be an worthy alternative or addition the Network: having alternative commetary tracks, that gives fresh angles on familiar matches and segments.
Wished for more WCW matches on this release. Hopefully the Blu-ray version extras will contain more Lionheart-era Chris Jericho.
First:
“I loooooooove Youuuuuuuuuu, WDN Staff”! Great feel bout your work and style.. 😉
Next: niiiice that the steel cage match agains Wyat will be on Jericho release.
But…why on earth is the WM 6 match on the Warrior bluray.. I get the Hogan / Andre match with different angle on History of WWE release…but, I sincerely hope that some sort of commentary of importance will be on there, cos having a match just because it has been filmed in another angle is plain stupid.
Actually no commentary would be the best, because it will give you the hard cam arena feel as if you were sitting on the hard camera side at the event. I hope they include some dark matches against Kamala, Ric Flair, & Nailz.
Happy they put the Jericho/RVD Match on this set.
