Missing some good Diva matches/moments during ’00s.
Wasn’t there a Kurt Angle vs. Santa Claus impromptu match once – I wanna say it was Armageddon 2004? It’s a shame they’re so petty about the fact that he works for TNA because that would be a nice addition.
I can’t believe I’m actually saying this but…this looks pretty good for the price. Most likely a buy.
DVD exclusives in 2015… ffs
Too bad they didn’t include Xanta Claus vs. Brian Walsh match from the RAW Bowl 1/1/96, that was cut and replaced with the Hog Pen match from In Your House instead. They show clips of the match on an episode of Are You Serious.
Props to Fremantle for not being PC and keeping the Christmas title. I find it funny that WWE changed the name of the DVD for the rest of the world considering every match and segment on the DVD is Christmas-themed. No other holiday is represented. Political correctness rears its ugly head again.
Where’s Piper’s version of Scrooge???
Finally was able to grab a copy of Undertaker 21-1 box YES! YES! YES! But I am wondering why it’s listed on Amazon using the link above but it isn’t on the Amazon website itself, or at least I didn’t see it.
They quite often appear then disappear until they have cover artwork added later. Simple as that. 🙂
Man, the host of this DVD is hot. Noelle is pretty goodlooking as well. 😉
Nice match listing, way better than expected.
While I think the DVD set is silly, I must say the match listing is pretty good, I will buy it
WOW Xantas Claus vs Scott Taylor from Superstars!!! A MUST BUY!!!
I know that I’m going to be in the minority, however I love this match listing. All but one match never released, the Xanta Claus DVD debut. Awesome.
Agree, no 5-star matches here but it looks like it could be a lot of fun. They always ham up the Christmas shows
what a surprise:
Only a Santa’s little Helper match from the kidz TeleTubbies era.
Maybe they save some of the very good stuff for a Falls Count Anywhere vol. 2 compilation…naaaah, just wishfull thinking.. 😉
Was that sarcasm or were you seriously expecting every Christmas Divas match to be on here?
sarcasm…ooooh, hell yeah!
I know, the entertaining Puppies-Era never is to return, but that does not make me stop rooting for it and everything else entertaining that happend in the time period of 1997-2008.
But, there is appearently a wider market for the WWE to reach, although, I wish they would stick to put productions like these on the 9.99’er.
TeleTubbies era? well kind of explains your name and your narrow vision…anything before the attitude era and after the attitude era don’t exist in your eyes. Fans say WWE can’t move on from attitude era guys…but fans are no less and always bring up the precious attitude era and put it on some pedestal when they seem to forget it was nothing but trash tv that went with society at that time.
Move on already..
trash tv for sure.. but, damn, it was, and still is, much more entertaining than 3 hours of lame boring repetive angles from charachters with absolute no sparkle.
And for the record: I own complete collection up until Summerslam 2012, and from that point, only got some interesting shows here and there..
no doubt, that the AE and Ruthles Agression era are my favorites..that does not mean that WWE did not well after that..
But, the shows in the Network era are getting worser for every month..but what can you expect..you pay 9.99..you get quality equal to that amount..
Anyway.. it’s all bout taste.. I love trash, when done with sparkling feel for really put on a show.. WCW did trash angles and matches too..but, boy, those were really bad, compared to WWF. -lol-
