WrestlingDVDNetwork.com can exclusively reveal that WWE has added MORE content to the new “WrestleMania Monday” DVD scheduled for first release in 2 week’s time!
Specifically, the main documentary portion has been expanded with 8 new chapters. Some of the names of those chapters include: “Transformation of Swiss Superman”, “Manifest Destiny”, and “Please Bring Michael”. You can spot them all now underlined in the original content listing.
We can confirm that the runtime of the “WrestleMania Monday” main feature will be approximately 56 minutes. With all of its extras, the DVD set will run for over 6 hours in total, while the Blu-ray (looking like a UK exclusive) will pack in about 7 hours and 30 minutes of footage.
Since the documentary is a “WWE 24” special, it is due to go live on the WWE Network. A new “Collection” of the same name was uploaded to the streaming service today, so we can definitely expect to see the documentary follow in the next few weeks during WrestleMania season.

RELEASED TODAY!!
WWE have officially released the “Roadblock: End of the Line” DVD to UK fans, via Amazon.co.uk.
With this title being DVD-only, and the upcoming “Double Feature” PPV packs the same, it appears that today marks the beginning of PPV releases only having DVD versions, even in the UK.
That however excludes the “Big Four” events which will also be on Blu-ray.
INCOMING TOMORROW!!
The new Royal Rumble 2017 DVD is about to drop in stores across the United States tomorrow. Grab your copy of the 2-disc set in time for then by clicking here to Amazon.com.
And this “Big Four” PPV will be seeing a Blu-ray release worldwide!
The next WWE Steelbook may just have been revealed, coming as early as next month.
Best Buy’s website now has a second listing for the “Diamond Dallas Page – Positively Living” Blu-ray with the initials “S.B.” in the title. Sounds to us like a Best Buy exclusive DDP Steelbook!
The 8.5 hour Blu-ray is on the way for early April, “positively”-packed with a lengthy documentary, interview extras, and a WCW-heavy compilation of nearly 30 matches and moments.
Once we can confirm the news, expect to see the planned artwork soon after!

Transformation of Swiss Superman – WWE used to & I think still call Cesaro “Swiss Superman” so thinking this chapter’s about him. I think he won one of the ATG Battle Royals with his impressive feat of strength elimination of Big Show so the chapter may go into that.
Manifest Destiny – The chapter title just screams young talent so thinking this may cover the likes of Charlotte (and potentially Banks & Lynch too), Rollins, Reigns and their respective wins at WM31 & 32 respectively where Rollins cashed in MITB & closed out WM31 winning the title & Reings closing out WM32 winning the title from HHH. Might cover Bryan’s WM30 moments too. Idk what else if anything. Perhaps Sting’s WM debut & The Streak ending?????
Please Bring Michael – lol no idea what this is about. No idea who “Michael” is.
Anyone else think that the Royal Rumble 2017 and WrestleMania Monday covers look and feel quite similar?
Covers are getting as boring as well, just as the same matches being put in different dvd’s or blu-rays’ over and over again, still buying as I’m a collector of any DVD or blu–Ray that gets released
I contacted Amazon about my blu ray preorder. I asked them if they have a blu ray and they told me they will be shipping blu rays WWE 24.
Great news about the DDP steelbook. I was worried that those had been discontinued.
My preorder for Wrestlemania Monday blu ray in the US is still up and running so there’s still a chance that that will happen. I’ll wait and see if that is still the case when the time comes.
Amazon told me that are shipping them for the release date. I contacted them and asked them to look into it. I wanted to know if I needed to change my order.
WWE logic: “One of the reasons why we do not produce all the titles as Bluray releases is, that Bluray discs are more expensive than DVD discs to produce.. so it “of course” makes perfectly sense to produce 2 discs Bluray with runtime content of 7 hours 30 minutes: a standard runtime for DVD releases!”
Bluray and eventually DVD releases: Rest in Peace very soon. :-/
Or not. Maybe DVDs will go on for years, because there are always plenty of people that want to buy physical media in its most basic format.
I still buy used wrestling vhs tapes. If they want to go back to basic physical format lets hope for vhs. Maybe some beta versions as a best buy exclusive.
