ehmmm.. compared to the Dudleyz ECW feuds with teams like Public Enemy, Spike and Balls Mahoney, The Gangstaz, Eliminators and more..it really is close to laughable to hear how their WWF debut is being described how it is in the clip:
Being afraid of the normally real cool and hard hitting APA..yeah, sure..if you have’nt been in the ECW at its heydays. Another purchase down the road somewhere in time, but definitely not mainly for the doc, as with most releases from WWE these recent few years.
if you didn’t know this was because APA literally beat the crap out of Public Enemy shoot sty;e when they debuted in WWE and they subsequently left after a very short run – Dudley Boyz got the same treatment but took it in stride and as such passed “The Acolyte Test” or whatever they called it – considering the beatdown PE received not surprised other ECW tag teams would be afraid
I did’nt know..always nice to learn some new angles.. 🙂
However.. I still think, when you compare the ECW beatings the Dudleys both took and gave, it is way more violent expressed than the WWF..and I love the APA, and boi, they always been some mean motha-*beeps*, not to mess with. Still..compared to ECW, pretty watered down..

Get the DVD on its release and I’m sure the ‘table’ will be included. Think I’m going after the Blu-ray Steelbook.
