Hotmail has gone through a lot of modifications since its launch and the latest one is that Hotmail has recently changed to Outlook.com after it was acquired by software giant Microsoft.Signing in to Hotmail is a very simple process, you will just need to provide a few pieces of information, including your Hotmail username and your Hotmail password in order to gain instant access to Microsoft account.
That is true which is why I’m thinking of taking advantage of Wal-Mart’s blu-ray sale even though I’m sure most of the footage is currently available on the Network.
I did only buy a few dvd’s from Freemantle, the War Games & Wrestlemania 29. But with Silvervision I bought almost every compilation dvd..
Since I live in The Netherlands I also have to pay £3.10 shipping costs. So when I want to buy 1 new compilation dvd or blu ray I have to pay £23 or £26, that’s €27,50 or €31.. That’s personally way too much for me. Sadly, in the UK/Europe the dvd/blu ray’s are many times as expensive as it is in USA.
At least ordering from wweshop.com is viable for you – shipping prices to Europe are a no-go. Likewise, Amazon UK charges the same stupid prices as Freemantle no savings on Amazon to be had here.
Why does Europe never get anything like this? Freemantle’s idea of a sale is reducing shitty events on DVD that most already have/nobody wants by about £6-£7. BD/DVD pricing here is already a joke – and the claimed RRP of £29.99 for a 2-disc Blu Ray is nonsense – no UK retailer charges that price to begin with. I get that wrestling BDs/DVDs are somewhat ‘niche’, but they still sell in large numbers.
The U.S. and Canada have these sales about once a month – not to mention places like Wal Mart who have sales too. Nothing like this is Europe exists – each retailer charges the same damn price as Freemantle and it really needs to change. Not to mention we get a paltry sale about once or twice a year. £7 off a 2-disc BD set that was released two years ago? What kind of sale is that?
Completely agree, and that’s why I hardly buy anything anymore. Over on WWE Shop today, you can buy The Best of Raw & Smackdown Blu-Ray for £4 ($6.49). By comparison, it’s recently been put on sale by Fremantle – and is still £18. That’s 450% more expensive!! If the two-disc Blu-Rays reverted to £17.99, it would be a step in the right direction (albeit still expensive). And before anyone uses the throwaway line of, “Meh, DVDs just cost more in Europe”, please do some research. I’m pretty sure no other genre has such a crazy price disparity.
I live in Canada and we hardly ever have any deals on WWE DVDs and Blu-rays. Most places like Walmart and Best Buy hardly carry them, they usually have the newer ones but hardly anything from 3-4 months ago. Blu-rays however are basically non-existent in stores except for HMV but they cost $30-$35 (about £17-£20) and they have only 1 copy in each store.
I usually get mine from Amazon.ca since they carry them and they are somewhat cheaper then in-stores. I usually pick up the Blu-rays from WWEShop during these sales because with shipping and currency conversions its still cheaper than in Canadian dollars.
I totally hear you guys. Just yesterday I bought Raw/SD 2013 DVD at $18 and WCW PPV Volume 1 at $28!!! After tax, it came to almost $50 at Best Buy. WWE is cutting footage and is raising prices… No wonder these stores are going out of business.

Prior to the WWE Network launch, I’d be interested in this sale. Nowadays, the WWE Home Video match compilation and PPV releases seem unnecessary.
The Network is great, but Blu-rays still beat out HD streaming.

Three of the last four that I can remember ordering at release (War Games, ECW Vol 2, RAW 20, and WCW PPV) have taken forever to ship from them.
I’m still waiting for the new WCW PPV Blu-Ray set that came out this week, and it says ‘Usually Ships in 1-4 Weeks’ on the item page now.
