Triple H: That Damn Good and The Game might be pairing up as a new WWE Tagged Classics DVD set in the UK, to be released by Silver Vision.
There is an entry for the set on BBFC’s website, with a runtime of 415 minutes and an 18 rating. Both “That Damn Good” and “The Game” are referenced on there. The page states the release was classified today, 21st June 2011.
This is particularly interesting because Triple H: That Damn Good was never released to the UK market, most likely because the 2002 lawsuit ruling over the “WWF” name came into effect before it had any chance to be.
If the BBFC listing proves to be accurate, we can only assume that due to a legality Silvervision are now able to release That Damn Good for the first time. The DVD was a Suncoast/FYE store exclusive in the USA and also made it to Australia – more info
More as we hear it. Thanks to Josh for alerting us.
They have also re-released the wwe edited version of Boyhood Dream rather than Heartbreak express tour unedited VHS version on the Shawn Michaels tagged classic. That’s strange too.
omg i have been trying to get these dvds for somne timne now and i love the tagged dvds as you get 2 dvds for one most of the time
I would think its because they already made the master for it. At the time that damn good was available to pre-order on silvervisions website but was pulled due to the court case in november
Your chance to buy a set that has the same exact match twice on it!
Announcing it before silvervision, that’s great, will visiting this site more ofton
If it turns out accurate then my guess is this one is allowed legally because they were on the verge of releasing it at the time. Don’t ask me how that works!
Very ground breaking stuff hard to see how they swung that
