This set had been on the schedules since at least mid December (as this was when I pre-ordered it with Amazon) so sorry I’d have to disagree.
TNA never officially announced a release date for this. We only had rumored dates. This is the fastest they have gotten a PPV (Final Resolution) in stores in quite some time.
This release has been on the schedules for a while along with Genesis 2011.
