WWE Superstar William Regal And WWE Diva Alicia Fox Meet Fans At HMV Cardiff On Thursday 19th April 2012

WHAT: Signing session

WHERE: HMV, Cardiff, Queen Street

WHEN: Thursday 19th April 2012 at 4.00 pm

Fans of WWE get the very rare chance to meet WWE Superstar William Regal and WWE Diva Alicia Fox, in person, when they visits HMV’s Queen Street store in Cardiff to sign copies of the new ‘WWE The Best Of Raw & Smackdown 2011’ on DVD and Blu-ray on Thursday 19th April 2012.

William and Alicia will be at the store from 4.00 pm to meet fans and sign copies of the new DVD and Blu-ray which are officially released through Silvervision.co.uk.

Raw and Smackdown 2011 feature the most surprising moments, strangest guest appearances, and most intense rivalries in and out of the ring. From the return of The Rock and Edge’s shocking retirement to C.M. Punk’s stormy tenure as WWE champion and the removal of Mr. McMahon as company COO, all are featured in this “must have” retrospective.

Due to anticipated demand the event will be wristbanded. Fans can pick up free wristbands at HMV which allow them access to the signing. 300 Wristbands will be available only from HMV Cardiff store from 08.00am on the day of the event onwards. One wristband per customer maximum, in person only, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.

To avoid disappointment it should be noted that all Personal Appearances are subject to change and WWE/HMV provides no assurances that any talent named will be attending on the day.

Re-packaged copies of The Greatest Superstars of WrestleMania DVD priced at just $5 each were stocked at certain Walmart stores, since WrestleMania weekend.

Regal posted on twitter an hour ago that he wont be at the signing do u know who is going to replace him i hope its d bryan

  2. What, where, when, but why?

  3. Dave says:

Hate to say it, but i definitely see the Metallica song being dubbed by a knock-off. They did it last year with HHH when he came out to “for whom the bell tolls” with something very similar.

I thought the Cell lowering with the Metallica theme and with Taker/HHH starring at each other with HBK in the middle was pretty epic.

  4. Geolink says:

Metallica song is definitely getting the axe.

    • Daniel Bee says:

Yeah I can imagine Metallic and Madonna being removed. Though you’ve gotta ask would WWE really do anything to lessen the epic “End of an Era” match?

  5. Vincenzzzzzo says:

I hope they don’t edit anything off the WM bluray/DVD or change music, etc. I want it just as it was on pay-per-view.

    • LP1 says:

The Metallica song will almost certainly be edited out. The Madonna song during the women’s match hype video might be edited out also. The MGK and Flo-Rida mini concerts are tricky. I would think both would be included since they were a big part of Rock and Cena’s entrances. It would look awkward to cut them. I’m pretty sure both will stay in tact, if for no other reason they both had their songs included already on the Royal Rumble blu-ray.

The only other edits I expect are for the Extreme Rules ppv ad to be cut and those commercials advertising the free trips to next year’s Mania to be removed. They usually dont show those kind of of commercials on DVD that involve sending texts to what will probably be an outdated number by the time the bluray is released. I hope they include the ppv highlight video at the end of the show since they ran out of time to include it on the live ppv. I also hope they include the Rock’s post match celebration as he kept going and shook hands with everyone at ringside for another 10 minutes and on ppv they never showed Cena walking away and the crowd booing him.(I was at the show, it was pretty funny).

The only match edits I could think of is Justin Gabriel going for the top rope Asai moonsault and losing his balance before doing it again. It didn’t look as bad as it sounds.

      • Vincenzzzzzo says:

As long as they keep the Metallica song while the Cell was being lowered, and the mini concerts, then I’m good. I really do hope they stay.

  6. Paul says:

Any idea on when the content listening for WM 28 will be released?

  7. APD says:

I posted this on the Silvervision Faceache page but I’ll post it here again anyway, could the three new DVDs being pulled be anything to do with the distributor in the US being sold? It Would explain why Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber weren’t also pulled as they’re already out over there.

    • Daniel Bee says:

Possible, but I don’t get why that would have anything to do with Silver Vision. I guess there could be some sort of knock on effect.

So now there’s two theories. This, and they’re ‘in trouble’ for making their PPV Blu-rays region free. I won’t count the one about them being in financial trouble.

      • APD says:

Just a thought, but if it were down to financial issues wouldn’t Clearvision also be struggling? I’ve been keeping an eye on that site too and everything seems normal and no forthcoming releases haven’t been pulled as best I can tell.
