Exclusive: Latest on WWE 50 Most Shocking Moments DVD, WM27 Edits

May 10, 2011 by Daniel Bee

To those asking, Triple H’s chair shot to Undertaker’s head (that they were reportedly fined for letting happen) is included in the WrestleMania 27 DVD and Blu-ray. They haven’t cut it out.

The main theme of the show, “Written in the Stars” by Tinie Tempah is also intact. A generic track plays in the DVD menus (no idea why) but the real music is included in the presentation.

The Miz’s video package remains unaltered with “Hate Me Now” by Nas. However Triple H’s Metallica track and Undertaker’s Johnny Cash theme have been replaced – read here.

We can now exclusively reveal more details on WWE’s newly planned DVD for August…
The 50 Most Shocking, Surprising, Amazing Moments in WWE History

3-Disc DVD : WWE94949
2-Disc Blu-Ray : WWE94977

Official synopsis:

The 50 Most Shocking, Surprising, Amazing Moments in WWE History counts down the most outrageous moments in the history of WWE. What moments will make the cut, the top 10, and what is the greatest moment of all time? Is it the King of the Ring tournament where Austin 3:16 was born? Mick Foley’s devastating fall of the top of the Hell in a Cell cage? The Montreal Screwjob? The explosion that consumed Mr. McMahon’s limo? This three-disc set is the perfect release for fans that love to debate which moments were their favorites.

WWE will be promoting this as their second countdown release chronicling some of the top moments in WWE history, a follow on from Top 50 Superstars of All Time (2010) which sold over 57,000 copies in the first eight weeks of release. Like the first, the aim is to spark debates, talking points and controversies within the WWE Universe!
