This packaging is a shame. Remember the “McMahon” DVD from 2006? In my opinion, all 2 disc sets should follow what they did with that. Insert pocket on one side, and a pull out with each disc on the other side, complete with some great artwork inside. No more of this standard recycled case crap. Just because it’s two disc doesn’t mean the packaging has any excuse to be crappy!

    Hi Daniel,

I apologize if I worded my comment wrong earlier. I didn’t want credit for your own excellent photos that are clearly different from mine. I just wanted to note that I published a post with worlds first. I appreciate your politeness in removing that from the heading. I hope the link I put in the website column works now.

I had a bunch of other stuff to watch last night so good to know you feel the extras are really well put together. If you would like I would be more than happy to have you linked on my site as well.

This insert stuff is getting old. Most of the DVD sets have gone up in price at Wal-Mart too. What a shame. Still can’t wait for this one. He was a great and comical manager back in the day, but my favorite “Brain” was the Nitro commentator. Funny, Funny guy. Still is even after the whole throat cancer thing.

Hi Gerald, what’s your site? I don’t think I can credit you because I took these photos myself, didn’t steal them from you or something. Please check the other photos on the site for clarification. I will however apologise for writing “world first” and remove that from the subtitle. These are exclusive pics because I took them so won’t remove that wording.

Anyway, it is not “reminding” me because I have never been to your site so was not aware. Give us the link to your site because the one you have listed on your profile isn’t working. “Blog not found”.

The documentary left me wanting more too (50minutes if I recall), and no new interviews in there with Heenan or any inteviews with him at all for that matter (health related?) – only in the special features. From what I’ve watched on the extras they are very good. He, Monsoon and the Bushwackers at Busch Gardens was a gooden!

  5. Looks like a great DVD but unfortuantley still lacking a damm insert.

  6. Rob L says:

This is epic. I can’t wait to pick this up. One of the best commentators of all time! The man was quick, witty, and he always had something to say. (Except the time when Brian Pillman tore his jacket off and he walked away dropping f bombs) I’m more interested in the documentary more so than the matches but he was an all around good performer. This will be a great 2 disc set!!!

  7. Gerald says:

Haven’t watched the extras yet. They may salvage the set.

  8. Gerald says:

Nice pics. I just wanted to politely remind you that I posted Exclusive pics over two days ago on my own site. I would appreciate it if you would consider linking to my site then. Did you watch the documentary yet? I watched it last night and was somewhat underwhelmed, they should have made this set a few years ago when Bobby had his voice still. Such a shame what has happened to one of the all time greats.

  9. Bill says:

Only 2 Discs? He deserves a 3 disc release

  10. zach says:

cant wait to pick this up

  11. SRB says:

this perhaps could be one of the greatest docs ever and already the showmanship behind the dvd looks bad. the disc art is bad, the only thing i like is the cover. wwe needs to realize that your content needs to match your presentation.

  12. Dennis says:

    still no inlay…
