WWE Eric Bischoff & WrestleMania 32 DVDs Up for Pre-order

You can now pre-order WWE’s Eric Bischoff DVD & Blu-ray here on Amazon.com.

The DVD’s planned title, “Eric Bischoff – Sports Entertainment’s Most Controversial Figure”, that we reported on at Christmas has stuck, as has the release month of June.

As of now WWE will release the Home Video offering to fans in the United States on June 7th, following to fans in the United Kingdom on June 13th. Late last year Bischoff himself confirmed the go-ahead of the project and it was revealed that WWE had begun filming the documentary.

WWE Filming 2016 Eric Bischoff DVD & Blu-ray Documentary

The official synopsis for the DVD/Blu-ray documentary reads as follows:

Arguably the most controversial figure to ever step foot in the industry, Eric Bischoff is responsible for some of the most revolutionary moments in sports-entertainment history.

From creating the nWo, to battling WWE as the figurehead of WCW during The Monday Night War, to being one of the most-hated personalities in both WCW and WWE, Eric Bischoff knew how to get under his rival’s skin while creating his own in your face brand of controversy.

Relive all of Eric Bischoff’s greatest moments and hear stories from the man himself and see why he was appropriately named “The King of Controversy”.

WrestleMania 32 has also gone up for pre-order as of this weekend!

Following the PPV spectacular in April, the DVD and Blu-ray will officially release to fans in the United States on May 10th — the DVD a usual three disc set; the Blu-ray a usual two disc set.

As we previously revealed, for the first time WWE is slated to release Steelbook Blu-rays in 2016. We hear that there are multiple 2016 titles which will get the Steelbook treatment.

“Straight Outta Dudleyville: The Legacy of the Dudley Boyz” is the first one confirmed to have the special packaging for its Blu-ray edition. As for what’s on the discs, expect to see a Dudleyz career documentary, various extras and interviews, plus a whopping 26 matches!

Is the Dudley Boyz Steelbook exclusive to a retail store in North America? or will it be a standard release available everywhere?

    • Daniel Bee says:

Not yet known but last I checked Amazon’s Blu-ray listing didn’t mention it, so it might be exclusive to somewhere.

If it’s still happening in the US that is.

  3. Charles says:

It was about time for blurays to have a nice packaging.

  4. Joun says:

I hoped to get NXT TakeOver Dallas in the WM dvd. It’s millions times better than HOF.
