  2. Jesse Lanning says:

Since the blu ray doesn’t have a custom insert, is Mark gonna make one? I’d love to have it

  3. Isrs4life says:

I was at Wal-Mart today and I picked up this DVD Set
for a reasonable 22.90 something cents plus tax and it was a very
good copy and there was only 2 left and I got the best one.
Which I will be watching tonight.

  4. Ricky Schmidt says:

So is the Angle/Lesnar Iron Man in full or no?

    • Daniel Bee says:

No breaks in the Angle/Lesnar match.

Main feature isn’t all that special but fun at times and the DVD is probably worth getting for the TV matches. I’d definitely go for the Blu-ray since there is so much extra stuff.

  5. Dennis says:

@Daniel: I’m on the fence on whether i should get this set or not, is it pretty much like the GSOT 90’s dvd documentary wise? is it worth getting for the matches?

  6. Daniel Bee says:

I’ve watched the main feature, and it’s ok with some fun parts but nothing too special. Especially since “Top 50 Superstars” wasn’t released too long ago and the video packages are very similar.

  7. just read Gerald’s review, only 5 minutes for each star doesn’t sound much but should be a nice little video that gives newer fans some history but nothing really meaty for us. hoping to be able to rent it next week to do the same if they don’t give it a month’s exclusive to owning (hate that) since i’ll have to wait another month for it. although greatest cage is out next week too…

  8. Gerald Orr says:

You’re welcome Jeffrey. My review is up for anyone interested.

  9. Jeffrey says:

Nevermind just saw the answer. Thanks

  10. Jeffrey says:

Anyone know how long the first disc is?

  11. Gerald Orr says:

The runtime is just a little over 3 hours. The main feature is only 1hr39minutes. Each superstar gets roughly 5 minute highlight reels . The best part of the set is the complete 60 minute Iron Man Match between Angle and Lesnar.

  12. straightedge47 says:

Does back to normal mean the same ones as the US?

  13. Tom Sharp says:

Any news on the uk version? is it in a normal dvd case?

  14. Gerald Orr says:

Thanks for the comments Evan and SRB. Gonna start watching this set tonight.

  15. Anonymous says:

glad to see the match listings back.i hope it’s back full time on dvds.

  16. This set looks pretty good, it’s nice to see that WWE has 2 consecutive DVDs with the printed content in the packaging (the other being Rey Mysterio: The Life Of A Masked Man); with The True Story Of WrestleMania would make it 3 DVDs with the printed content.

  17. Daniel Bee says:

@SRB I think this DVD version has a runtime of just over 6 hours, and the BD 8 hours.

  18. Tommy says:

Look awesome will buy it next week

  19. SRB says:

@Straightedge., i was just thinking the same exact thing. Hopefully these discs will be actually packed with footage. Cant believe some of these discs that run a little over 2 hours. i really doubt ortons doc will be 3 hours

  20. straightedge47 says:

Why do they still say approx 9 hours when now they only really last 6-7? :/

  21. SRB says:

very good pictures. The side view is great. The discs are basic, as expected and of course the printed content is a plus. they did a great job on the back too. thanks for the pics.

  22. Dennis says:

    @1972 I doubt it

  23. 1972 says:

I hope there’s content listin on the Blu-Ray.

  24. Looks Good, I saw it on Blu Ray Journal though 😛
