Now listed here on Amazon.com is a DVD called “WWE: Men of Mayhem“.
It is currently unknown what this title is but a release date of June 17th is indicated. Given the early release date and low price ($10.45) we’re thinking that it is likely to simply be a double pack of past titles. Any guesses from the WDN readers?
The rumored Undertaker vs. Kane rivalry DVD looks to be scheduled for later on.
This week WWE Network related surveys were issued to fans. The latest one gauges interest in future episodes of “WrestleMania Rewind” on the Network, having fans provide responses to a list of selected WrestleMania matches.
Later in the survey WWE asks how the show could be improved overall. One of the options is condensing the presented match into highlights rather than being shown in full.
We noted earlier this week that FYE stores in the United States will be carrying a store exclusive version of the WrestleMania 30 DVD/Blu-ray. That is planned to include dog tags and the previously reported mini-book. It looks like Canada will be receiving a similar store exclusive with dog tags, offered through HMV. Thanks to David for sending word.
WrestleMania 30 has already been released on DVD in certain parts of the world like Malaysia and Singapore, as you can see pictured below. It will be released to both the United States and Australia on May 13th, following on to the UK and Europe on June 9th.
These 4 WrestleMania DVD/Blu-ray goodies are all ending today on eBay:
$4.99 – WrestleMania 24 DVD (Collector’s Tin)
$20.00 – WWF WrestleMania 18 DVD
$33.00 – WWF WrestleMania 16 DVD
$40.00 – WrestleMania 24 Blu-ray (Sealed)
The UK version of the new Ultimate Warrior Blu-ray was recently removed from WWEDVD.co.uk after completely selling out! New stock is due to arrive this coming Monday. Also on Monday, the new RAW “After the Show” DVD is officially released to the UK and Europe, followed up by the WCW Greatest PPV Matches set just one week later.
Stephen Galbraith sends word that UK fans can find the No Holds Barred & The Reunion movie DVDs for just £1 each in Poundland stores.
As mentioned, The John Cena Experience will soon be re-released in the UK as a 1-disc DVD with updated (green) cover artwork. The release date for that is May 19th as of now.
Here’s a closer look at the new artwork following below.
Off topic question here: Does anyone know of other companies besides RF Video, Kayfabe Commentaries, and Highspots that sell independent and compilation wrestling sets in the United States?
If you’re into Japanese wrestling, check out IVPVideos.com. They have some pretty good compilations with guys like Bret Hart, Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, Jericho, Benoit and so many others. They also sell NJPW on Blu-ray too.
Try Smart Mark Video. Got a really good selection there.
Excellent. Thanks!
Condensing matches on Wrestlemania Rewind would be pointless and disappointing. Next thing you know, Wrestlemania Rewind will feature still photos from the highlighted match instead of live action. Ugh! I really enjoy having FULL classic ‘Mania matches available on demand via Wrestlemania Rewind!
It doesn’t really matter though, does it? The full-length matches are all available on the Network 24/7 anyway, so giving the WrestleMania Rewind show have a slightly different vibe is a good thing, in my opinion.
My guess is an Undertaker single disc release combined with Kane’s Twisted Disturbed Life set.
My guess for the 2-pack is the old Batista and Randy Orton’s DVD sets combined.
Looks like there’s either an “X” or a “1” missing in the WM 7 Steve Austin vs. The Rock. This survey fails.
My prediction:
a double pack with Big Show’s DVD and Kane’s recent DVD.
I Think that the Men of Mayhem DVD will be something like the Baddest Big Men of the WWE (ex : Kane, Big Show, Umaga)
Who won the Warrior contest?
Last day to enter. Winner will be selected tomorrow. 🙂

Oh ok, I thought it was over today.
