The new “Destruction of The Shield” Blu-ray edition was listed as the “#1 Best Seller” in the Sports category of Amazon.com from the release on Tuesday through to yesterday, so it looks to be performing well.
WDN reader Jordan sends word that the 2 “deleted scenes” on the Shield set are in fact NOT Blu-ray exclusives and can be found on Disc 3 of the DVD, despite not being listed in the content on the DVD’s packaging.
“Destruction of The Shield” is still not showing up in WWEShop’s DVD and Blu-ray category but it has actually now been listed on the site and can be found when searching it out. Look here on WWEShop.com and you’ll see that they are also offering the DVD/Blu-ray in dog tag packages.

In case you missed it, Paul Heyman went on somewhat of a mini-rant yesterday via Twitter about his “Ladies and Gentleman, My Name is Paul Heyman” WWE DVD release last year, responding to Grahame Herbert of WhatCulture who tweeted that the Slam City DVD outshipped Heyman’s own. WWE supposedly didn’t plan for the consumer demand it had.
The DVD was dramatically underestimated and undershipped. Once stores like Best Buy sold out, they were never replenished. Hundreds of complaints on this very timeline. They underestimated and then never addressed the “discovered” demand. On this issue, I cannot ADVOCATE any defense 4 them. Missed opportunity. Happens in every company. Happened in this one.

it just shows, what direction this so called leader of the wrestling industry has taken the recent years, when they ship out more kids stuff release in expectation that they sell more of this, than a fantastic well produced profile release of one of the best minds and talkers and communicators of the non-wrestler charachters. The Flintstone garbage is problaly gonna ship out more than Warrior’s eventually.. lol
yeah went to walmart monday night at midnight and they said they were not carrying it! made me mad i had to drive 17 miles to another town to find it! what is up with that!?
i went to fye i found 3 copys of bluray and dvd so maybe its just taking its time for it to hit shelfs. cause i went to a walmart on wednesday and nothing so who knows. Hears theme Sierra Hotel India Echo Lima Delta SHIELD!! looks around <…> ……… lol xD

Looking like 1 disc DVD in the UK and everywhere. Same for the Blu-ray.
