As mentioned yesterday, Amazon sold out of the RAW 20th Anniversary DVD box set and are no longer stocking it. Third party Amazon sellers have new copies of it currently listed from $199.99. Several “Buy It Now” listings on eBay quickly sold after the news broke.

For anybody still hunting a box set in brand new condition, this eBay auction ends tonight and the current bid is only $49.00.

Also finishing up today is Royal Rumble 2001, one of the more tricky to find WWF DVDs.

It’s Not fair i could only choose one the n.W.o was the only way to go that said i want a dvd set DEDICATED To the Ministry Of Darkness

  2. Anan says:

Can’t argue with the results of the poll above. I suspect all of them will be on the set. DX will definitely be there as HBK is always hogging time as does HHH. I am a fan of theirs. But how many DX stuff are they gonna give us lol?

I can see them going from Corporation, to Ministry, to Corporate Ministry. As bad as the Invasion angle was, I can see The Alliance being on it too. All in all, I just hope each faction gets a decent amount of time. The time each superstar got on The Greatest Stars Of The 90’s was pretty good so something like that would be ideal for me.

I just hope each faction gets

  3. Carlos says:

Dx will ALWAYS be number 1 quite frankly I don’t think the 4 horsemen were that great don’t know WHY they were number 1

    • Anonymous says:

The 1980s Horsemen were the best and no one else comes close. They had the greatest wrestler ever, one of the greatest tag teams ever, four of the greatest talkers ever, and they always made their opponents look better than they actually were while managing to stay over and look great themselves. Sure, the 1993 version sucked. And, guys like Roma, Mongo and even Sid bring the overall historical effect down, but even with those three stains, their body of work far surpasses any other group’s. The fact that they’re the oldest group of all the ones mentioned only proves these points.

  4. Erik G. says:

This is a win/win situation either way. Either we get a good countdown, or if it is only 10, or 15, or 20, or 25 then we get to go more in-depth and get more exclusives based off one group. Just off the top of my head, 25 has the be the maximum for this concept.

  5. Anonymous says:

This set could GREATLY benefit from the old addition by subtraction method. If a “faction” hasn’t been around at least a year, they should be disqualified from the set because clearly they weren’t significant enough for the company to keep it together. I’d also take out stuff like the Heenan family because it wasn’t any different than the types of stables you’d find in any regional territory. As such, I’d go with only the following:
    1) Four Horsemen
    2) Evolution
    3) DX
    4) Dangerous Alliance
    5) nWo

Honorable mention to the Fabulous Freebirds. Nothing else matters on this subject.

  6. Steven Jackson says:

    Excited about the factions DVD.

But where are the Fabulous Freebirds!!!

  7. SRB says:

I see that 10 factions were counted down on wwe.com, but I’m hoping more than 10 factions will be featured on the set. There was a faction led by Kevin Sullivan that wanted to end Hogan in WCW along with others that I’d like to see.

  8. SCSA says:

I agree a little with ‘VINTAGE SIMON’, although sets already made, haven’t all been released on Blu-Ray! N thats what I enjoy watching… With Extra Special Features! N I havent seen an entire set on The Corporation / The Nation / & others 🙁

  9. Vintage Simon says:

Not really looking forward to this. The Hart Foundation, The Four Horsemen, NWO and DX have already had entire DVD sets dedicated to them, and there’s decent coverage of Evolution and the Nation of Domination on Triple H and The Rock’s latest releases. I just don’t know what can be added (especially in small timespans) – feels like a re-hash of the Allied Powers and Greatest Families DVDs. That said, if there’s some new, unreleased matches, then I’m all for it.

  10. SCSA says:

Wow! I can’t wait to get this set! Though I was hoping to see ‘The Corporation’ near no. ‘5’ of the Top 10! That was a great Faction! N I sure hope that the entry of Shawn Michael’s in to the faction is finally added on to Blu-Ray! Watching that was great, especially Sweet Chin Music on Mr McMahon after being fired by Vince & then joining D-X & being screwed by them 🙂

Also if possible in Blu-Ray Special Features, I’d also like to see a little of ‘The McMahon / Helmsley Faction, The Clique & The Radicalz! (Though cos of Chris Benoit it may be impossible to show the Radicalz)

  11. mdax says:

DX is overrated. Just becos its Triple H.
Frankly speaking does not deserved #2. Maybe #8 after Heenan Family.

  12. Erik G. says:

I expect to see a lot of brawls, beat downs, plot twists, defections, multiple person matches and other fun stuff involving factions. Looking forward to this.

  13. Erik G. says:

Well this is certainly exciting news. Finally another countdown. I enjoy watching those.

  14. John says:

Sounds cool, I will get this

  15. mason says:

daniel in this article it says that the warrior dvd is up for pre order on amazon for march. But in an earlier article you said it was set for a april 1 release date. So i looked at the amazon listing and it said march 25 was the release date. But march 25 is also the release of the elimination chamber dvd. Daniel can you please tell me whether the warrior dvd will be released on april 1st. Or march 25th. If released on march 25 what will happen to the chamber dvd

  16. BigJon says:

I hope the Giants of the WWE comes out…or an Andre the Giant 3disc set. Anyone mention a possible coincidence of the Warrior DVD being release on April 1st…April fools day??

  17. Shane A. says:

I hope they announce a Daniel Bryan set soon 🙁 he’s my favorite along with Cody Rhodes. But I hope they release it around Fall. So that gives them almost the entire year to add new matches. The guy just doesn’t have a bad match. He could fight a broom stick and it’d be entertaining

  18. KarlKayfabian says:

Hopefully this set will stay focused on a list of this size. I would rather have longer, detailed summaries on these ten than short little blurbs a la the Top 25 countdowns. I would also prefer to see two or three matches for each of these factions.

  19. Justin Greeder says:

I better see The Right To Censor included.

  20. Daniel Bee says:

Just wanted to add here that the Warrior DVD looks to be coming April 1st as mentioned here on the site before. Amazon lists the DVD as March 25th but the Blu-ray in April, so most likely an error on their part.
