Now we can also exclusively show you the artwork for the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack planned for release to the North America market only, on March 1st.
As you can see the two covers differ slightly. This Blu-ray/DVD combo edition has the extra stars of Santino Marella, Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes & Vladimir Kozlov on the front.
What’s a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack? It means you’ll get WWE Royal Rumble 2011 on both a high definition Blu-ray disc and standard DVD disc inside the package.

I actually am a huge fan of combo packs. For those who like to borrow my titles, it makes me easier since not everyone has converted themselves to blu ray yet. That said, I would rather have Raw and Smackdown leading up to it… as long as those shows are good. If not, give me the combo pack any day.
Nope, in the UK it will be a regular 2 Disc set with the RAW/Smackdown shows on the second BD disc. I did say “North American market only” in this article but easily missed 🙂

im gettin this. i got a ps3 to watch blu-ray since bluray is better but i got the regular dvd 2. sweet!
That’s so awesome that they’re bundling the show on BD and DVD together.
Most likely Raw will be on the first disc as usual.

Not a big fan of combo packs. I’d rather just have a single disc Blu-ray.
combo pack=dumb….as long as they include RAW for us region 1 guys. SD and RAW would be better.
Will we still get the Raw in HD before the event at least? That’s one of my favorite parts of collecting the PPVs on Blu-ray.
