@WWE has the cat got your tongue
@WWE, you can kiss my ass (bum)& give it a good kiss so you can because I am entitled to have my own opinion
Thomas suck a d*ck
I won’t be buying the 2012 Royal Rumble event if the dvd is going to look like that inside the case because there is no point in me buying the dvd event if the dvd is just going to be grey & silver with no official artwork on it

why does everyone get bitchy with ppl who complain? why should we accept something that looks tacky? it’s ppl like you who sit back and accept poor quality thats let wwe put out cheaper and cheaper dvds, wwe has done everything possible in the last 12 years to grind as much money out of us that they can, remember the first few years of DVDs they had inserts, clear cases with designs on the inside, more extras, every now and then a double dvd? i’ve even complained to wwe directly to give us more value, honestly i wish they’d start putting inserts back, why not a year with slip cases? how’s about a raw and smackdown bonus disc (not just on blu ray), i understand blu ray is the way forward but even those are getting cheaper, i’m happy to keep complaining with something i beleive is sub-par for the money i pay 🙂
I’ve seen worse disc art. If you buy any of those Blu Ray DVD combis from Disney, the Blu Ray disc has art, while the DVD has not colour what so ever, just everything grey/silver from the logo to the rating.
I think some people are unaware that certain folk – like myself – keep our WWE DVD collection in massive CD wallets. I initially did this when going to uni to avoid dragging all the cases around, but when I finished, I decided to keep it that way as it’s quick access to the discs and means you don’t have to tarnish the cardboard packing of the cases themselves.
So yes, for peeps like us – who do see the disc more often than the case – it could be a problem. I won’t personally lose any sleep over it, but I’m not arrogant enough to suggest that people aren’t allowed an opinion on the matter.
To the people sayin stop complaining? Why? I’m spending my hard earned money on a wwe product I shud get a decent presentation of the disc itself. Complaining cuz if wwe are taking notes then they may change it for the future. So to the people sayin stop complaining. You lot need to stop sayin “stop complaining” Morons!!!
Seeing as how it’s just a PPV DVD, it’s not THAT big of a deal that the disc doesn’t have anything on it other than text. If it was say one of the documentary ones, or such like that, then complain. But there’s always the, you do NOT have to buy it.
Ooh what a shock, Internet fans crying because the disc isn’t all schmancy fancy with pretty colors and shit, good god people shut up
Good god people always fine something too bitch and complain about in pro wrestling inlcuding the DVDS Shut the Fuck Up
@Dave
it’s painfully obvious that people just sit there staring at the actual DVD. If they stare at it long enough, the DVD actually comes to life in their hands, bringing a unique 3D experience to the viewer LOL.
Give me a break. People will complain about ANYTHING! nothing is ever good enough. I never realized how much I hate the human race until i started using the internet.
Wow WWE really has really downgraded their home release packaging/features. The barebone CD itself without any design whatsoever on it is really disappointing.
It looks tacky and cheap, Hopefully the Elimination Chamber disc looks nothing like that.
I’m guessing they went for a silver disc since they’re promoting it as the 25th anniversary even though it isn’t.
Disc art isn’t a big issue at all, but it rather took me by surprise to see how basic it was. No inserts and those flimsy cases for every PPV does bother me though.
@ John Peterson
The scratches and fingerprints won’t affect playback…instead of a colored disc art, they used a clear art to protect the data side.
Seriously who cares how the disc looks…it goes from case to DVD/Blu-ray player back to case, are people going to sit there staring at the disc art all day?!?
The look of the disc is just asking for scratches and fingerprints.the blu ray disc is likely gonna look like that 🙁
That’s not actual disc cover is it? That’s awful!!!
..inb4 comments about the artwork (or lack thereof) on the disc :P. Yes, it’s bad!
