The first ever WrestlingDVDNews.com March Mania will finally answer the age old question amongst WWE DVD fans… “What is the greatest WWE DVD?”
The single elimination tournament will feature every WWE DVD from WrestleMania XV right through to Royal Rumble 2014. Please keep checking back at your favorite website (WrestlingDVDNews – of course!) as we will be adding new rounds throughout February and March, with the eventual winner of the tournament (and “The Greatest WWE DVD”) announced in very early April.
Here’s how it will work…
We will begin with every WWE DVD and we will need to narrow this down to just 128 titles.
This will be done with 2 rounds of opening nominations. In these rounds all you need to do is choose 8 of your favorite WWE DVDs in each section. The most popular DVDs from round 1 of opening nominations will be randomly placed into Brackets 1 & 4, and round 2 will provide the entrants for Brackets 2 & 3.
Then once we have full brackets we will begin going through each round of the single elimination tournament.
So let’s get started using the form below. Remember, you will need to choose 8 of your favorite DVDs from each part of the poll.

I like to take this chance to express my deepest respect for the innovators of this site; this poll is just the latest of many innovative features, which makes this my favorite website, naturally cos I’m a collector of DVD/Blurays.
Where I live, in Denmark, however, wrestling is not that popular so websites are limited and not that interesting, like here.
Therefor, once again, great work, guys, and also, great readings from most wrestling-freaks every day. Cheers.. 😉

I understand why they are not included, merely because they were not released to all regions…unfortunately, cos there are some real excellent shows among, that are in the top 10 for my favorite, one of them for example Armageddon 2000/No way out 2001 or Judgmend Day 2000/Fully loaded 2000, just to name a few.
The method of polling means that the results will not be entirely representative. Because in some sections, I liked about 16, and in some sections, only four. Thus, by pre-selecting these groups, you’ve already drastically altered the voting process. The only true way of doing this would be one-on-one for each title, but I do appreciate that would take a hell of a lot longer.
As far as the poll goes, lots of great dvds missing:

A question: will the Tagged Classics DVD sets be part of the selection to pick favorites from?
I like to take this chance to express my deepest respect for the innovators of this site; this poll is just the latest of many innovative features, which makes this my favorite website, naturally cos I’m a collector of DVD/Blurays.
Where I live, in Denmark, however, wrestling is not that popular so websites are limited and not that interesting, like here.

The blu ray art makes it look like there’s tons of exclusive extras. For only 20 minutes of extras, this is an illusion!
