also I would not mind having a look at the artwork on the TLC 2012 dvd itself along with the WWE Royal Rumble 2013 dvd as well

  2. THOMAS says:

where is the actual photos of the back of the TLC 2012 event and on the dvd / blu ray to see what it looks like because I have seen the photo of the 2012 Survivor Series event on blu ray and dvd on this website

  3. Pablo says:

I’m sorry but I like this cover better than the ppv poster.

  5. AYA REDA says:

I love Aj Lee and JoneCena

  6. Joe T. says:

Can’t we just get a Shield DVD/BluRay already? The TLC PPV was solid but I’d much rather spend my money on a DVD featuring that 6-man TLC match & all the Shield promos, attacks, etc. If not, I hope we get Ladder Match Volume 3 soon!

  7. Anonymous says:

Why do they not just use the poster…

  8. Take TLC off and put Brazzers and you have a all new kind of PPV…lol

  9. Anonymous says:

Great cover but the issue is the fact it isn’t on Blu Ray! It’s just beyond retarded at this point that all PPV’s are not on Blu Ray

    • Anonymous says:

Please grow up and use a different adjective.

    • @imdjluis says:

It’s a business decision. They tried it before, and while there are many people that want the monthly events on Blu-Ray, the sales must not have shown that, otherwise they wouldn’t have stopped. Until it gets dirt cheap to produce a Blu-Ray disc, they’re not going to make every PPV on Blu-Ray. Yes that sucks, but it’s a business decision, not retarded.

      • lee says:

its getting a uk bluray release, but then they all do these days. 2010 had a few missing and 2011had that 3 month spell from may-july of just dvds (thanks for not giving us MITB 2011 in bluray guys!!!!) but since then they all get bluray releases here. i dont buy the dvds anymore unless they are events only on dvd or have dvd exclusive extras. its bluray all the way now.

  10. I think that is a fantastic cover. I like the TLC motif in the background

  11. Zach says:

Awful cover. The Shield should be on the cover as that’s the match that stole the show. If not, then a pic of Ziggler after the match as the winner should be. Bad cover for a great PPV.

  12. Dang says:

It will be better thought to not have a 2012 at the end of the cover, that makes the cover looks bad. They can put next to the WWE sign

  13. Vincenzzzzzo says:

Very nice cover. I didn’t have a chance to actually watch the PPV yet, so I’m definitely looking forward to picking this up.

  14. Anonymous says:

    Good looking cover

  15. john peterson says:

Cool cover. Can’t wait to watch the TLC Match again.I wish it was on blu ray

  16. Anonymous says:

Ziggler finally makes a DVD cover & AJ is also featured…I love it, even if it does just look like a generic ppv poster.

  17. ALK says:

Of all the Cena pics to use, they reuse the same one for the millionth time…..

  18. Dave says:

Looks decent, the ppv was great though. Loved the TLC match, such a chaotic brawl and The Shield looked damn impressive. All 6 men shined in the match.

Looking forward to picking it up…too bad its not on Blu-ray.

Extreme Rules, Money in the Bank and TLC never seem to disappoint. These events always turn out great every year.

  19. @imdjluis says:

WWE has very talented graphic designers, i.e., the majority of the PPV promo posters. But it seems like when it gets to the DVD artwork, they’re told to completely erase their masterpiece and do something that includes John Cena, and they completely lose interest in the project and throw something together. Those pics were already cut out to be used for other graphics, there’s the TLC logo, and a shot of the entrance of the arena. So, I can’t blame it on the graphic guys, it’s probably Vince killing their creativity by forcefully having to have Cena on the cover, cause the ones that don’t have Cena are usually great. Even Hell In A Cell 2012 was plain jane because, guess who, Cena was on the cover. Down on the mat, but he had to be on there somehow.

    • Geolink says:

Seriously I can deal with the PPV posters as the DVD cover. They use to do that back in the day. I wonder why they stop doing that.

      • @imdjluis says:

The PPV Promo Posters rarely include John Cena now. No Way Out 2012 had a great promo poster featuring AJ and Daniel Bryan. Even this TLC 2012 promo poster had a great image of Ryback with a bunch of Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Survivor Series focused on a new “star” they were pushing, The Miz. But… they didn’t have John Cena on the cover. That’s all Vince McMahon cares about. He probably doesn’t even care about the DVD covers, just as long as they have John Cena on them.

        • Dave says:

Considering Cena is WWE’s golden boy and this generations Hogan and Austin, makes sense for WWE to promote him. Hogan for example was on almost every PPV VHS cover from the mid-80s to early 90s, which also include the first 9 Wrestlemanias.

          • @imdjluis says:

I personally don’t care if Cena is on every WWE DVD cover, but it seems to kill the graphic people’s creativity when they have to because they spend all that time creating an awesome promo poster, to just throw it away for simple Cena cover. They might as well just create an awesome Cena promo poster to begin with.

  20. Geolink says:

Meh… at least it doesn’t spoil the match on the cover.

    • Vincenzzzzzo says:

Yeah…I can’t wait until January 15th to find out who the WWE champion is…

Give me a break already with the “spoiler” covers.

      • Steve says:

Agreed! You mean to tell me someone who is posting on this site about what cover looks like doesn’t know who won the matches at the PPV? It’s comical
