With a “Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom, Bada-BANG!”, DDP Week rolls on and today reveals yet another SIX WCW matches to be included in the new DDP DVD and Blu-ray!
Heads up to fans in the United States, “Diamond Dallas Page – Positively Living” has now been listed here on Amazon.com. Pre-orders are not yet available but will no doubt be activated there soon as we get closer to the WWE Home Video release in March.
WrestlingDVDNetwork.com has also learned that the documentary portion of the set is slated to run for approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes, with an additional 22 minutes of extra stories. Therefore it’s looking like we’ll get about 1 hour and 30 minutes of “documentary-like” content in all.
Check out today’s star-studded reveals below. They feature DDP going up against the likes of Goldberg, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and Chris Jericho — and there’s a Hulk Hogan sighting too!

UGH! Why did they show that Nitro match when its already been shown? They should have shown the one from October 1998. That’s just lazy on their part.
Stop with the repeats! Jericho, Jeff Jarrett and Goldberg have all been released before. Can’t they find some Thunder or DDP in WWF matches besides WM 18? Please!
Hoping to see his match versus The Giant at Starrcade ’98, and some AWA promos with Badd Company and Col. DeBeers.
LOL. DDP vs Goldberg strikes again.
To be fair, this is one of his best matches. I’m the kind of person who hates rereleased matches too, but you can’t have a DDP comp without this one.
F***in repeats!!!
WWE sure are releasing a lot of his matches from the Spring Stampede ppvs (’94, ’97, ’98, ’99). They sure could’ve left off the chris jericho match since it was short of 5 mins and didn’t really mean any. They could’ve put on another wcw or a wwf match instead.
But the people who put these DVDs together go by names only I believe. They saw the name “Chris Jericho” and figured fans may buy it because of that.
That match is already on The Best of WCW Nitro Vol. 2. It didn’t need to be repeated and easily could’ve been swapped for another match with someone else with a big name.
Yes more repeats!!!! The Jericho match sucks
Day 3 and I am not disappointed in the match listings so far! I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best DVD/Blu Ray releases of 2017!
Barely an hour of documentary? Devastating. 🙁 Fingers crossed the match selection more than makes up for it.
1 hour , plus / minus some minutes , has pretty much been the standard for couple of years.
I think last 2 hours plus doc was Heyman in 2014. (Masterpiece of a Bluray release btw).
For me, WWE can by all means continue their 9.99-watered down documentary style….
up until the Undertaker’s career overview release! That one will be a part of the Holy Grail of Documentaries along side with Austin’s, Foleys and History of WWE.
If WWE goes a second under 2 hours of the main documentary on that release, they will be Buried Alive with No rest in Peace! 😉
The Dudley Boyz documentary was surprisingly good for under two hours and told the story of both guys coming up into the business. And it didn’t feel rushed either, plus they mentioned TNA.
Haven’t watched Dudleyz nor Scott Hall’s docs, but for the releases like The Ultimate Warrior, Sting, Jerry the King Lawler and to some extend Savage, the documentary simply just felt rushed.
Runtime of any kind of release, is never the mainobject when judging a doc and other content.. the content itself and how it is produced should be..
The other way around is definitely also happening, with a release way too long and dreadful, aka: “The Monday Night Wars”.
Anyway.. hopefully for the DDP fans this doc will not be a let down. 🙂
Appearently echoed..for those who did not get it the first time.. -lol-

Very disapointing. There is a lot to talk about too.
